As a first-time buyer, I was quite nervous and unsure about the whole mortgage process—but working with Oliver made all the difference. From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in simple terms. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all my (many) questions, and were always just a call or email away whenever I needed support.

They guided me through every step, from getting an agreement in principle to final approval, and even helped me understand things I hadn’t thought of, like future affordability and different mortgage types. I never felt pressured, just supported.

We have had the best experience, our mortgage advisor Terri Hodge has been fantastic. We are first time buyers and originally reached out to Terri for some advice on what things would look like for us. It turns out we could get a mortgage and Terri had our MIP ready to go. Terri was available for all the questions I had, no matter what time of the day I asked. We found our home quicker than we thought and Terri submitted our application.
