We were recommended Oliver (Ollie) Strong to take on our remortgage from a self build loan to a normal house mortgage, he has been incredible from start to finish. So efficient and timely with excellent communication throughout.

First thing, thanks to Hubert, was available and cleared any doubts that we have.He was our point of contact so any credit goes to him, definitely will go to these company. And he done his utmost at every step time to time.

I have been extremely impressed with the service i have received from Cooper Associates. In particular - Henry Momber has been really informative and made the process for my remortgage really easy to understand and navigate. Highly recommend !

I've used coopers associates for my mortgage, from start to finish the whole experience has been excellent. Ollie Strong has been my mortgage advisor and he has been nothing but professional and vigilant through the entire experinece. He quite clearly works long hours and strives to provide the best deals and services for you as an individual. I can not fault his professionalism nor his own to earth nature, whoch I feel helped massively in making what otherwise would be a stressful process into something manageable and free of stress. I have already recommended Ollie Stromg personally to to my friend who was struggling to find a suitable mortgage and she is now sitting with a mortgage in principle aswell. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for mortgage services

Excellent service from Kate Mays at Cooper Associates in securing our mortgage for our first home. Kate clearly explained every step of the way and made the whole process seamless. Kate (and the whole support team) were so kind and friendly, and very responsive when communicating. Would highly recommend Cooper Associates, in particular Kate!

We have used Cooper Associates before and found them to be very efficient and professional. However, we contacted them recently for a mortgage review due to unforeseen circumstances. The response has been slow. My wife did receive a call a few days ago but there has been no follow up. The advisor, Oliver, also made a remark that on our previous review despite receiving advice from him we stayed with our existing provider. This was true because it was a better rate, but we didn’t expect it to be an issue on future enquiries. We will now seek advice elsewhere.

Ben Graddon and team were fantastic throughout the process (and it was a long one, with us having to apply for a second mortgage after my purchase took so long)! They were always so quick to respond and helpful with any enquiries that I had throughout the process. Highly recommend them to all.

Absolutely outstanding service from Coopers. We were against the wire to get a mortgage because we were buying our council home. I had spent weeks talking to different mortgage advisors and getting nowhere at all. I had all but given up hope completely when i found we had less than 2 weeks left and would have to start the application process again. I just saw Coopers website I think and said to myself one more phone call, one last chance and the mortgage application and service was listed as free. What could go wrong....I spoke to Henry Momber who listened too our situation very patiently and thankfully had experience in authority house purchases and was able to take us through the process, I have a problem with short and mid term memory loss and Henry had to suffer with countless texts and calls from me that would make any person crazy....But then we had only 10 days left so I was terrified !! Henry was an utter miracle maker and inside 10 days we went from not having a chance of buying our home to having a mortgage offer. I am still amazed that he did it. Coopers who were a big support and kept in touch and were happy for Henry to drive to us in Bristol to collect vital paperwork and deal with all of it in person rather than post, and have kept up with us for the whole process until finally completing last week.27th October I cannot recommend you all enough plus it was all free. You are a gold star company giving an outstanding service I will tell anyone who will listen that you are undoubtedly THE company to deal with. Thankyou just isn't a big enough word for yourselves with the incredible service you given me and I shall be forever in your debt ! from the Ward family.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received from Cooper Associates, Carla and the rest of the team have been friendly, helpful and very responsive to every query making us feel that nothing is too much trouble. If only every business was run in such an efficient manner the world would be a better place!! Happily going to recommend Coopers to all our friends and family, cannot fault them at all! Thank you!

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but being a first time buyer the thought and process of getting a mortgage was very daunting. My friend recommended I ask Will Crane at Cooper Associates for advice and help. I wanted to thank Will for his advice and patience when dealing with my mortgage. Will was always happy to help and available and he even managed to find me a mortgage where I could borrow more than I thought would be possible. Big thanks to Will for your help- I'm now very settled in my new home.

My mortgage advisor was Ollie Strong and I cannot recommend him enough. From our initial call, to the mortgage being accepted he was there to answer any questions or queries, and I was always surprised at how prompt he was in replying. Being new to this process it was delightful to have someone so kind and outgoing, as Ollie was able to take the stress away from the mortgage process. Shannon and Graham were absolutely outstanding! They did absolutely everything they could for our remortgage, nothing was to much trouble and they were always at the end of the phone or email if we had any questions! They kept us up to date every step of the way and we truly felt throughly looked after and supported the whole way through the process!
Can not recommend them enough! Will never use a different first for any future mortgages!

Ollie was amazing again for the second time. He worked around my commitments kindly. He secured me a 5yr fixed a good rate too. Ollie also got me a really good life CIC and income protection plan, securing my young children's future. Absolutely amazing.
