Selling a Churchill flat through their own agency is not the best position to be in from our experience. Would have been nicer to have a little more frequent progress reports from anybody including our own legal team but we knew it was going to be a drawn out affair and it certainly was! One failed start and the final buyer with a tendency to want detail and awkward requests! So pleased to come to a final conclusion.

Brilliant result. Communication was great. Christopher Price was professional and the whole process was straightforward and stress free. I highly recommend Lester Aldridge.

I recently completed the sale of my flat and was lucky enough to have Vaishali and Catherine handling the legal side of things. From start to finish, they were nothing short of exceptional.

The process had its fiddly moments, but Vaishali and Catherine were always calm, clear, and completely on top of every detail. They kept me informed at every step, answered all my questions with patience and care, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything moved forward smoothly.

It’s rare to come across a team so professional yet so personable. I always felt I was in safe hands, and their reassurance and guidance made a potentially stressful experience feel manageable—and even, at times, enjoyable!

From accepting offer to completing sale took just 8 weeks. Much was down to short chain(2 properties / 3 parties) wishing to complete quickly.
LA Law played their part by starting things off, before even had a buyer, so able to timely issue our contract.
They changed solicitor in charge from based locally to London early in process, but this had little effect. The local assistant was always very responsive. We were kept well informed as process developed.
Their final bill was slightly less than originally quoted.
Would recommend their services, and will use them again after this experience.

This so called company are absolutely USELESS !!! They are acting on behalf of Bargate homes (also an incompetent company!) we have been told by Bargate that we have to make contact through their solicitor. Good luck to anyone who has the misfortune of being in the same situation as me and my wife ! They REPEATEDLY ignore emails, I have sent so many emails, without any response at all. Solicitors are supposed to act impartially, however this company thinks that they don’t have to. The only email we have received in response is ‘we are waiting for our client to respond’ ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company !!
