I have had the best experience with Lester Aldridge , I have had an amazing team working with me , everyone has been absolutely amazing helping with everything that happens , if I don't understand anything I have never felt that any questions are stupid they are all important, I've always understood what needs to be paid , everyone in the team are extremely friendly, they are all genuine and want to know how you are feeling at every step. The whole team have been excellent and would definitely recommend.

We instructed Vaishali roughly 6 weeks prior to the stamp duty deadline, asking for her assistance in trying to beat the tax changes. To say we were chancing it is probably an understatement… Vaishali and her Paralegal, Catherine, were nothing short of exceptional throughout the process, in what is one of the most professional and pleasant service experiences I’ve ever had. Responsiveness to queries was second to none, and the team project managed the process and various stakeholders perfectly, culminating in a completion 3 days prior to the stamp duty changes, which is something we candidly didn’t think would be possible. Vaishali was incredibly thorough in her work and kept us updated throughout the process, with excellent communication of key decisions and feedback. The team were super personable and were willing to work around our work commitments to find time to speak with us, often outside of working hours. We couldn’t have asked for more from Vaishali and the Lester Aldridge team, and we feel immensely fortunate to have instructed them on this life changing decision.

Phoebe and Chelsie have both been fantastic at getting a very fast turnaround purchase through for us, bought at auction and against a 2-week deadline when our previous finance fell through. Phoebe provided really clear communication throughout, fast turnaround on information we provided and was always able to pick up the phone if it helped expedite the flow of information requirements.

I am your client. Your response is a shining example of your frankly embarrassing incompetence. My wife, your immediate client, never received any of the callbacks or information required to deliver the most basic of services you were meant to deliver, subsequently I was asked to speak on her behalf. My good friend was your other client in the matter, who because of your useless behaviour, lack of attention to any detail and repeated incompetence, also asked me to speak on his behalf. Your team are unbearable. It's like dealing with a bunch of clueless ludite jobsworth students. No attention to detail, no sense of urgency even after they make a stream of mistakes, repeated incompetence. I do not recommend Lester Aldridge for any legal requirments and would suggest to anyone reading this to stay well away. So many of their "positive" reviews from accounts with 1 review.
