DONT ORDER. Very disappointing experience with LetPot. I placed an order and received no tracking until I chased customer support weeks later. I was then told delivery had “failed,” despite never receiving any delivery notice, contact attempt, or opportunity to rearrange delivery. The parcel was returned and reportedly destroyed without my consent. As the item was never delivered, this is non-delivery, yet I was offered only a 50% refund or told to wait again for a replacement. Communication was slow and entirely reactive. Customers should be aware that if delivery issues occur, resolving them may require significant time, effort, and escalation.

Great customer service and product. I have 2 of the automatic watering systems with 20 extra droppers and hoses. I am very exited to Hooke it all up and water my seedlings. I had a issue with a d.o.a. power supply. The responded within one day and sent me a replacement. Talk about fast!!! Thank you for being a good company

So far, my experience hasn't been great.

Two of my items simply haven't arrived with the rest of the shipment.

The customer service has taken care of it (I am still to receive the replacement items).

The exchange with the customer service was nice, however, now I wanted to take a closer look at the item that DID arrive and realised shockingly that it's not a new item.. it has been opened and then re-covered with an additional piece of tape (like someone looked inside it, and sent it back again).

It's just frustrating when that happens.. when I pay for something new, I want to get something new. Now I don't even want to open it as there might be parts missing or whatever. And since I thought everything was fine with it (at first) the return-period has already passed.

Easy to use product. Works great! Good company!

I find the lighting on my LetPot Max system is perfect for growing lettuce. The leaves come out full and crisp every time.

This is the best indoor garden I've tried; the pump feels much more durable than cheaper ones. The whole system just makes indoor gardening so much more manageable for me.

Initial problem was finally resolved, but slowly.

I've had my LetPot Max for almost a year, and it's been perfect for growing vegetables in my apartment. It sits nicely on my countertop while easily handling a full 21-pod setup.

Connecting this self-watering system to Bluetooth was simple, and it's quite convenient for managing my plant's watering schedule.

The smart planter looks lovely in my home and keeps my plant perfectly watered. But the initial setup took a bit longer than I thought.

This self-watering system works just right, delivering water consistently - a huge help for someone who travels a lot.

Great product quality, price and availability.

This is a great indoor garden! The AIR fits perfectly on my kitchen counter, and the planting process is so clean and simple, just the grow light is a bit brighter than I expected.

The LetPot MAX runs quietly and keeps my plants thriving - I've had no issues with it at all.

While we had purchased the LetPot Irrigation system from Amazon, we did purchase some accessories from the LetPot website directly. We were gone for 2.5 weeks and we were happy to see that our plants were thriving and doing well in the FL weather. Very happy with the product and system.

Well built / good quality. My only wish is that letpot would have local API access for integration into Home Assistant.

Letpot makes starting seeds simple. The device was easy to set up and connect to my phone and I saw some growth in less than a week!

I wanted an updated hydroponic system and for a decent price. With the discounts and the style of the system it became a no brainer! I kept below my budget and found a fantastic hydroponic garden. I absolutely love my garden!

The LetPot air is amazing

I put in fruiting plants and flowers to see if they'd both do well. Everything is thriving and I can't wait to continue planting!
