The person dealing with my problem (Kieran C), sent expert, and crucially, step-by-step instructions on how to solve the problem that my system encountered.
In a very short period of time the problem was rectified and the system is up and running again.

Great service from Kerian who managed…

Great service from Kerian who managed to help and talk me through sorting out a TP link re connection. He also monitored it over night to make sure the new connection was secure. Great work Kerian. Many thanks.

faulty link to Levilise

We had a problem with our solar readings getting to Levelise. Spoke to a gentleman called Rhyan who was helpful beyond belief. He concluded the problem was a faulty TP link. He sent me a link to Amazon where I bought new TP links. His reply to my emails were almost immidiate. Everything working now.
As a boss myself I would say to Rhyans boss that he is a "keeper". Richard Smith

Helpful and efficient

Everyone is very helpful and when I could not get my system reconnected, I got a visit from an expert who sorted it out and gave me a lot of helpful advice. It was reasonably priced as well. Below is the date of the visit but I had online ass before that.

Excellent support

Following changing broadband supplier there were problems with connection.
Rhyan and Kieran were patient and helpful. We eventually succeeded in getting things sorted, via a process of elimination.

Kieran was very helpful and informative, persevering with me throughout several months with many emails and phone calls, never giving up, and finally getting my system reconnected yesterday. I’m very pleased.

Connection problem

Was contacted by Kieran to advise there was a problem with the connectivity of the battery. After emailing very simple and clear instructions on how to check the battery ourselves they arranged for an engineer to call and replace a part.
Engineer was very helpful, noticed another issue whilst he was here and replaced a network cable to avoid further issues in the future.

Had an issue with the connectivity…

Had an issue with the connectivity between Levelise and my solar power system. Kieran at levelise helped me troubleshoot the issue and work out a solution. The engineer who came round was incredibly professional and knowledgable. He installed the required part and explained what he had done. Everything is now back up and running as it should.

Levelise Query

We had an issue with our solar system, contacted Dan at Levelise who was very helpful in working to resolve our issue.
Would just like to say a big 'Thank You' to Dan at Levelise, his excellent customer service, prompt action, and communication is second to none. He is a great asset to this company.
We have had several dealings with Dan in the past and as always he has been exceptional. Amazing company.

I’ve had a mixed experience with…

I’ve had a mixed experience with Levelise. Their customer service, especially from Kieran and Sarah, was excellent—prompt and helpful. They resolved issues with the app and equipment efficiently. However, the app functions can be confusing, and understanding the energy payment system is still a challenge. Hoping for clearer updates in the future. Four stars!

After some weeks of problems following…

After some weeks of problems following installation of fibre optic Internet and getting nowhere with other companies, the Levelise engineer found the problem and resolved it very quickly. He also provided some advice on electricity tariffs and the Levelise app.
Very happy with result.

Now I understand what this service does.

As a contributor to grid energy for nearly 5 years and having 2 changes of supplier I was never completely sure what this service was for. It was originally branded as Social Energy who I believed were simply my Energy provider. Hence my confusion when this all changed. I get paid by my provider for my energy contributions, so what is the payment from Levelise all about? How does this work?
Having said this I did not realise Levelise are monitoring my supply, so it came as a welcome surprise when you informed me of my recent problem which you have helped me resolve.

It's the final solution

After changing my old and weak router for a new three unit mesh wifi I eventually noticed the Levelise app had frozen and despite all efforts would not respond. Emailing Support got a swift response but no solutions as I was passed from from agent to another. Finally came to Dan who was the first agent to phone me. To gather we work through the system spending some three hours on the phone over two days. The culprit was a wifi black spot and cured by adding an extender which Dan talked me through. He also explained a lot more about Levelise and am now a very happy bunny. Thanks again!
