I used to be a client services manager for an IT company, so I understand the importance and what is required for this function.

Kieran is first class. He always replied by the next day. He always kept me informed. His communication skills are excellent. There are much bigger corporates around that could learn a lot from him. It's professionals like Kieran that keep companies in business.

I had a query wrt my battery management, I dropped Social Energy a short email and almost by return of email I received a very clear and precise response from Kieran.

Kieran thank you for all your help in getting the issue resolved and getting an engineer out to fix the problem. To add to that our system stopped talking to the net or our App, once contacted Kieran looked at the system, recommended various steps to pin point the issue and followed up with a call up of the engineer, this found a failed component which has been replaced and fully tested. Kieran has since monitored our system and confirmed we are fully working again. Once more Thank You.

I am extremely grateful that I finally found someone who knew what the problem was and solved it. It took me so long to get help but in the end I got the right person for the job. Kieran sent me exactly the right info. The video was very helpful and the link to the tp-link powerline kit I needed to purchase was exactly what I needed. Well what can i say. Emailed SE to ask a simple question and Sarah replied within hours. What transpired was a Q&A over email where Sarah fully elaborated on how my Solar installation Grid Balancing works and provided patience and insight. And, some credit ££ too. Top dollar. What superb service. Well done Sarah. Well done SE. Can't recommend this organisation enough.

Kieran has been amazing. Had problems with my comms solar panels and wasn't receiving any information. He reassured me it was still working but that communication had gone down to tell me on my app. Tried to fix it between us via email but was unable so he ordered what was needed got advice and sought an engineer able to do it out for me as quick as he could as kept me in the loop. I am not down any grid balancing funds either as they are working that out and reimbursing me it.
Couldn't recommend him and social energy enough! Thankyou

The immediate response we received from Kieron when we emailed a query was very much appreciated. He had obviously thought about our problem, looked into it, gave us clear advice and offered further help if we needed it. This kind of help doesn't seem to happen often and was a refreshing change. Thank you very much.

My battery, connected to my solar panels, was showing as offline and having an error. I emailed solar energy and got a very helpful email back the same day, with useful videos to help solve the problem. The battery was still showing with an error. I got further help, which solved the problem. We are back up and working with a couple of very useful and prompt emails.

After I emailed with a query, Kieran came back within a short time and explained what I need to do. He was very helpful and I would recommend him to answer any question.

I emailed Social Energy overnight and had a reply from Kieran the next morning giving me detailed instruction how to fix the problem, which I followed and it worked.

Kieran made me aware that my equipment was not operating properly - of which I was totally unaware. With his support I was able to fix the problem myself and am now fully operable. Great service many thanks.

I needed urgent guidance in order to complete a SEG application. The guys at S.E. responded within 4 hours of my request therefore giving me time to meet the deadline.

The customer care lady was very helpful with exceptional care. She helped me every step of the way. She took her time to respond quickly and nicely, even suggested what next to do with my issue.

They notified me when they were unable to get readings from my system. They sent a set of instructions, which were easy to follow, on how to get the system online again.

This I did, and in a short while everything was up and running.
