My Leya Doll was never delivered…
My Leya Doll was never delivered despite the fact that the company says it was. I tried my best to work with them to track the package and went back and forth with the shipper and no one was willing to take responsibility for the lost doll. They also would not credit me back!! I have diluted the charge with my cc company!!

I didn’t know about Leyadoll. I saw the add on Facebook. I ordered dolls and have problem with the package. Not company related but they fix for me . Very trustworthy and reliable. I already bought so many dolls for my granddaughter for very short time because I love how they are made so nice and so soft. I just keep buying. Beautiful doll…
From start to finish the communication was great. I needed a 7 letter name on my doll which they arranged. The doll arrived swiftly and is absolutely beautiful. It’s going to be for my first granddaughter and she will love it. Will definitely be purchasing more.

Received the doll finally after a ridiculous long wait to open the parcel and find they have completely got my little girls name wrong! I checked back on my order summary to make sure I spelt everything correct which I had.
