13. januar 2025 bestilte jeg en pyntegenstand hos Lezze Design. 16. januar blev pengene trukket fra min konto. Da jeg et stykke tid efter sporede pakken, fordi den ikke var kommet, stod der, at den var blevet sendt tilbage, fordi den ikke var blevet hentet inden deadline. Den skulle dog have været sendt til min hjemmeadresse.
12. februar mailede jeg til Lezze Design om alt dette. De har ikke svaret og ikke sendt pengene retur!
Jeg må absolut give 0 stjerner!

Deeply disappointed
I have purchased several items from Lezze Design in the past. The products were great and the customer service was excellent. This time however I was deeply disappointed because the product arrived damaged (the ginkgo leaf set). I have tried to contact Lezze Design repeatedly via email and the chat function on their website to ask for a refund or replacement. However there is total radio silence. I have heard nothing in 4 weeks which is deeply concerning and frustrating. I have been a loyal customer in the past, but going forward I will not be buying anything from them.

Poor logistics & Customer Handling
As of today, it's been 48 days since I ordered the product from Lezze Design. However, they are yet to be delivered.
I tried contacting Lezze support, but instead of helping, they started giving common excuses like you were unavailable at home. In addition, the local Post confirmed product I ordered never reached my city and was returned to the sender.
Not happy with the services
I can only say a little about how Authentic the website is, but customer handling could be better and need better logistics.
It costs me but advisable to avoid ordering products from Lezze.

Although our Policy doesn't cover lost packages (as mentioned on our Return & Refund Policy), kindly note that we are investigating with your post office in order to locate your parcel and arrange the delivery as soon as possible.

For this holiday season, I made few purchases online and I have been very pleased the timeliness and the quality of the items when i received them. Customer service is excellent; prompt and precise. I made an error in my last item but it didn’t take long to resolve it as I sent an email back to Hannah and boom!! …the item was shipped properly and on time !
