After I placed my order, I started waiting for a notice that it had shipped. I waited 5 weeks and heard nothing, so I emailed their support for a status update on my order. I know that some tartan fabric can take a while to come in, so I wasn't worried yet. I never got a reply to my inquiry. My order eventually arrived 8 weeks after it was ordered in a small box that was packed so tightly all the clothing had creases in it.

The prices are good, the made to measure tailored fit is good, but unless this is costume, I would look for something better.

Never received item! Paid for faster 7-10 day service, got nada. Company ghosted me, they never responded to emails, their phone number to call does not work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE THAT IT IS A SCAM!

I placed an order with them over two weeks ago with extra paid for express shipping. I have heard nothing, the phone number seems to be disconnected and they do not respond to emails. It appears taht I got scammed out of over $100.

I was hesitant about buying a custom-made skirt online, but liberty kilts products exceeded my expectations in quality. The fabric, available in a wide selection of options, is vibrant and substantial in weight. The Velcro and buckle fastenings at the waist feel premium, not cheap, and the tartan's signature pleats are finely pressed, straight, and crisp. The pleats are carefully basted, and the packaging is designed to prevent the skirt from wrinkling. I highly recommend this traditional, high-quality tartan skirt to anyone seeking one.

Ich habe im vergangenen Jahr eine Lederjacke im Shop bestellt. Lieferung war einwandfrei und nicht zu bemängeln. Service und telefonische Beratung durch die Mitarbeiter waren detailliert und sehr freundlich. Besonders überrascht hat mich die Qualität des Leder und die gute Verarbeitung und das bei einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.. daraufhin habe ich kurze Zeit später eine zweite Lederjacke bestellt, und das Ergebnis ist genauso überzeugend. Ich werde diesen Shop auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The 8-Yard Hand-Sewn Tartan Kilt from Liberty Kilts is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship. The pleats are deep, crisp, and perfectly uniform  exactly what you'd expect from a traditional highland kilt. The tartan fabric is dense, rich, and the colors are strikingly vivid. I ordered it for formal occasions and it commands respect and admiration wherever I wear it. What surprised me most was how quickly it arrived  a hand-sewn, 8-yard custom kilt delivered in just under two weeks! That's remarkable for such detailed work. Liberty Kilts clearly has an incredibly skilled and efficient team. Absolutely worth every penny!

I was shopping for a kilt for my wedding in August, and as with most online purchases, I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of quality. But when my order from Liberty Kilts arrived, I was absolutely impressed! The garments are beautifully made—strong, well-stitched, and truly stunning in person.

A special thanks to the Liberty Kilts customer service team. Living in the US, I mistakenly ordered my waist size in inches instead of the correct measurement, but the team quickly retrieved my parcel from the courier and remade my order perfectly. Their dedication and professionalism have earned my loyalty for life!

Despite repeated assurances that my order would arrive in time as a rush order (supposed to ship on the Tuesday) it was not shipped until at least the Wednesday of the week after order placed and they did not provide tracking details until after being repeated requested. As such my order arrived 24 late for the event for which I was going to wear it.

However, the product is of good quality and it will be useful for other events in the future.

Nice quality, fast delivery, reasonable price.

It's a bit large around the waist, but that's on me.

Never received the product after 4 months No updates or responses to numerous emails, chat messages and voicemails. Do not spend your money with this company, they are clearly more concerned about squeezing another dollar out of you than providing a quality service and product. I would have given zero stars if it was possible

Great customer service resulted getting right kilt for me ..can't Waite to wear it next Highland games . Very easy to order in timely manner. Great quilty excellent service..recomended

No correspondence was returned by Liberty Kilts. No one available to answer the phone, no emails returned, and no voicemail returned.

The company sent an automated email saying the item I purchased was shipped with a Fed Ex tracking number over a week ago; however, Fed Ex does not have the package yet. As someone who has worked in shipping using Fed Ex daily, I know that Fed Ex will pick up a package within 24 hours (max) of shipping label creation. Therefore I can safely assume that Liberty Kilts and/or their subcontractors are attempting to create the illusion of a ship date before company manufacture/distribution is even completed.

I’m not in a rush to receive my item, however, do not tell me something is shipped when it hasn’t been.

No response via email or voice mail returned, continue to wait on rushed order with no tracking number or details of delivery.

I have had the best experience with Liberty Kilts! I reached out to them with a couple of questions I had and they were quick and personable with their responses. Considering the kilt you order is 100% custom, the turn around time is so fast! I think mine took about 2 weeks. The material is nice and heavy and the product is absolutely GORGEOUS! it fits and looks like a dream. If you’re uncomfortable with taking your own measurements, I suggest getting a seamstress to do them for you, although I did mine myself. I also suggest being. Little loose with your tape measure and not trying to be as snug as possible. I plan on getting another maxi kilt from them in the future and also one of their beautiful leather jackets!

Total scam. Ordered a kilt on September 23, 2023. Nothing came. Emailed multiple times. Never got a response. Now more than a year later and I'm writing this off.

I've got nothing on my order tracking notice I even sent an email got no reply I've been waiting on this on the 5th and got nothing not even an understanding of what the hell's going on

Kilt and numerous accessories arrived quickly, are of high quality and fit well, and yet were priced quite reasonably. Apparently you can have all three!
