Zoe and Mhairi have been better in this processes than I could have ever asked for. Not only have they been extremely professional in everything they have done they have also been incredibly friendly and understanding making a stressful process easier to deal with. Our process took longer than expected but we weren't forgotten about and regular check ins still happened. When exchange and completion were finally arranged everything was sorted and in place promptly and the only issue we had (our error) was quickly resolved.

Zoe, and latterly Mhairi, were very thorough throughout the entire application process. Zoe began the process with us and talked us through everything, keeping us right as we went along. She chased up when the lender was taking their time to get back to us, holding things up. She also always made time for us for phone calls, and was very responsive with emails.
