LicenceHouse Reviews

I bought a key, but didn't use it for a few months
I texted support because the key didn't work, in less than an hour they wrote me back with other key, it worked instantly

I'll buy again from them every time, because support is great

Desaconsejo totalmente esta página. Compro una licencia de office y no funciona la clave que me dan.
Pésima atención al cliente. No contestan a los correos y no se quieren responsabilizar de este caso. Me siento estafado. Si podéis, comprad en otra página mas fiable y con mejor atención al cliente.

Veramente ottimo servizio ed ottima esperienza con il customer services. Super consigliato!

Purchased Microsoft Office Pro Plus, the website was easy to use and the product was available to download almost immediately, however this did not work correctly, so I emailed support who responded within an hour and provided the info that allowed me to install the product correctly, so I've given them 4 stars

SCAM, STAY AWAY!

I bought 3x keys and they sent me only one. Customer Support is so slow and useless, they are just stalling me.

They are refusing to Refund me. BE AWARE!

Total scam! Paid for 3 keys, received only 1. Avoid this website!

I purchased 3x Office 2024 Pro Plus licenses from licencehouse.com, but they only sent me one single product key instead of the three I paid for.Their customer support is absolutely useless. They refuse to issue a refund and are intentionally stalling and delaying the process to buy time. This is a complete scam and unacceptable business practice. They take your money and do not deliver what you paid for.Do not trust this website. I am now forced to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback for fraud. Stay away!

Great experience with LicenceHouse support. I had an issue with my order, and they provided a working key very quickly with clear instructions. Thank you!

There was a problem, but they resolved it: Immediately after the purchase I received the license key, but it was not working. The key was real, but it was used by too many people. I wrote to the support by the email contact I found on the same website and the answered in few hours with a new license key. This time it worked, I’m using it already since couple of ago days.

Good experience - 1st key didnt work, talk to the guys, send screenshot, they replace the key, all good, no complains

Bought two Office 2019 keys on Friday 24 July 2026. I still haven't received those keys. Reached out to support, to no avail.

Created an order, no key arrived. Terrible customer support. I do not recommend them, there are much better alternatives.

Good product, great support. A little hickup with mail delivery resolved efficiently. Would buy from Licencehouse again.

Danish was extremely helpful to resolve my issues patiently and would highly recommend licencensehouse to everyone.

Great company, 100% working licenses and fast service-communication
