LicenceHouse Reviews

The keys werent delivered on purchase but upon contacting support they got back to me and it was all sorted, would buy again and would recommend.

No matter which key you purchase from them, it will not work. You will then be forced into a painfully slow back-and-forth with their unresponsive customer support. After a long wait, they finally gave me a replacement key, but it was also invalid and completely useless. If you're wondering whether their customer service was actually helpful, the fact that I went out of my way to create an account on this site just to warn people should give you the answer. Avoid this seller at all costs.

The first key I received didn’t work but within minutes after contacting LicenceHouse I received a new key that worked without problems.
Would definitely use this seller again.

Excellent service, I purchased a product key and it arrived immediately via email. I had a small problem with the product key, but the support team responded immediately and resolved it for me.

I recommend the products, fast delivery, customer support was very fast and attentive. If I need anything else, I will use your products.

I pay for 365 Microsoft Office they send to me Mail and password they say lifetime .
I’ve contacted them telling them about the problem they sent a new one, but not working also after I tried to contact them, they never respond never trust them

Key not received after payment. So far for 'instant delivery'.

Was already feeling too good to be true, but still ordered a Windows 11 Pro key. Did receive an order confirmation e-mail and an e-mail with subject: Download your purchased files

However, the key is nowhere to be found.

Stay away from this website.

Velocità e serietà.
Tutto fatto in meno di 5 minuti.

Had to reload MS Office and needed the download link. Licence House responded quickly and solved my problem.

scam site, key already used

a+. Fast delivery

I bought the office license very cheap and I receive a code to install it immediately. I had a problem so I wrote an email and in less than two hours they solve me the issue.

Ordered a key and didn't work, contacted customer support and they gave me a new key which also didn't work but 3rd one did... can't really complain much. they didnt take long to get back to me regarding the issue

Bought an Office 2024 license at a fair price to replace my expiring 365 license. The order was sent straight away to me with the license key.
I didn't work 1st time so I emailed customer services, who promptly sent me a new one, which activated fine. For the price I paid I have no complaints and would use License House again.

I have received my MAK key in two minutes. However, as with many other users here, it was already used and Microsoft rejected it as such, so I asked LicenceHouse for the replacement, which I received after a few hours and it worked immediately. Therefore mark 4 instead of 5. Generally, I would say I am satisfied. If the activation still works in one or two years I would be more than happy.

Windows 11 pro key was used already and I had to buy somewhere else a new one

Worked fine!

I purchased an Office 2021 key, Order #66612, for three devices. When I tried to activate it, the key was shown as invalid, with a message saying it had already been activated and exceeded the activation limit—even though I haven’t activated it on a single device. It’s clear that the store is selling the same key to multiple people. When I contacted them, their response was generic and meaningless, just claiming the key works! So, should we ignore Microsoft and trust these scammers?
