I have recently been troubled with an ongoing pain in my hip. As I had visited Jayne several years ago, for a different problem, I arranged to revisit her at her Lichfield practice. Jayne spent some time with me discussing my current problems. She then outlined a course of treatment that we would follow for the next few weeks. I am now feeling a vast improvement in my hip and knee and I'm sure it won't be long before Jayne has me back at the gym.

After being in some considerable discomfort, I went to see Jayne at her Lichfield Osteopathic Practice. With such a warm and welcoming reception, I immediately felt relaxed. After a thorough initial consultation Jayne began work on on my shoulder. I left feeling like a new woman. My mum went for regular treatment with Jayne for years and I can now see why she kept going back. An excellent practice, with very friendly staff. Very highly recommended. I won’t go anywhere else.

Competent, kind and thorough. This practice listens to it's patients, diagnoses the problem and very gently helps alleviate the pain. I don't know how I would cope without them. I highly recommend this practice.

Jayne has been my Osteopath in Lichfield for 6 years. No matter what problems I have presented to Jayne, she has always found a way to sort them out. I suffer from neck and back problems from using a computer all day for work. Jayne advised me on how to adjust my chair and PC monitor positions and gave me instruction on self-massage techniques. After a session of massage with Jayne, upper back pain subsides.

Jayne also provides a nice gentle massage to the area around my eyes and face, reducing the heavy feeling I often have around my eyes. Jayne always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable at the clinic, even during the Covid pandemic. Without Jayne, I would struggle enormously.

I have known Jayne for many years and have always trusted implicitly in her knowledge as an osteopath. I am constantly amazed at the skill she has at her fingertips. I never hesitate in recommending her to others.

After suffering for a number of months and going to my regular Chiropractor my friend recommended Jayne.
I attended my 2nd visit today in a week and the change to my muscular pain and ability to walk from a sitting position is short of amazing. I have been going to Jayne for many years as I have various back conditions.She is currently dealing with my fibromyalgia issues.I 've always been treated with respect and put at ease and I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to visit the practice ....everyone is very helpful.

After suffering with an intermittent lower back problem for many years and following a recent MRI scan which diagnosed a facet joint problem, I was recommended a steroid injection into the affected area. Whilst waiting for the appointment I was advised to see Jane Scratchley. After only three
appointments with Jane I have had a dramatic improvement in my condition, which has made a tremendous difference to my lifestyle. I am now reconsidering the offer of the steroid injection. I found Jane to be very professional
and knowledgeable.
The hygiene standards at her practice due to the current pandemic are second to none.

Once again my back let me down last week, going into a spasm making it very hard to move or sleep, all due to previous surgery.
Jayne with her magic hands has again helped me very much, so today I can move more normally and managed to get a good nights sleep last night.

I was fortunate enough to see Jayne several years ago for a severely debilitating back issue. I had tried several routes to resolve it myself, but without success. My job relied on me being fit/able – so it was a worrying time. Thankfully, Jayne was able to correct my back issues and this resulted in me getting my life back. Importantly she gave me the exercises/tools/knowledge in order to manage my back challenges in a positive way. I am now pain free, and feel like myself once again! I cannot recommend Jayne and her practice enough; understanding, knowledgeable and really cares for her patients. After visiting many chiropractors and osteopaths since my 20's, I finally found Jayne about 15 years ago. I have lower back and neck problems and I can honestly say thank goodness for her expertise and knowledge. She has kept me going and is the only osteopath who has been able to regularly maintain my back effectively over these many years. She is clearly brilliant in her field , intuitive and insightful. I've been a regular patient with David Brown for almost 8 years now. He treats an ongoing back issue associated with long hours sitting at my desk along with the general aches/pains/injuries associated with my marathon training and weight lifting (ITB, Achilles, posterior chain etc). David is very patient, exceptionally knowledgeable (especially on sports related injuries) and always explains things in very clear way. He is very good at getting to the underlying issue and I always walk out feeling so much better than when I go in. I'd recommend David and the team without hesitation.
