I received a call from Life secure
I received a call from Life secure, wasnt even thinking about looking or renewing my policy. After taking the time and speaking with Juls, I was so thankful Juls had called me. Juls saved me alot of money and took her time and explained everything in detail to my understanding and needs. ( as you can imagine these policy can be quite hard to understand) Life secure have an excellent service in looking after their customers to ensure that they will call you back every 4years to look at the policy again to save us money. Very grateful for the call and very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend them. 😊

A ‘human’ company
I received a call from saj at lifesecure financial services, it was time to review my insurance. No one finds these conversations thrilling im sure as it means spending money for a ‘what if’. Life insurance doesn't have to be dull.. …
Most of the jargon on life insurance baffles me and to be honest can be quite dull, but Alex who phoned me made it a surprisingly easy and enjoyable phone call. The information he relayed was easy to follow and with much humour and pleasantries thrown in, the health questions weren't too painful either. He is a credit to your company and I look forward to speaking with him in the future.

Super Sam
I was sold a life policy by Sam a couple of months ago.
I recently got a call from a different company and they were able to offer me a more competitive deal, so I switched over.
Sam called me to check-in and when we discussed my reasons for cancelling and the details of my new policy, he spotted that it had been manipulated in order to achieve a lower premium.
Sam arranged to re-instate my original policy and I am grateful to him for showing me what happens when you are duped by a disreputable advisor.

Professional and efficient
Myself and partner had our life insurance reevaluated by Barry Edwards. He was friendly and professional and took the time to explore all of our options until we found something suitable and that lasted longer than my current LI covers. I felt very reassured and looked after by Barry. He called the next day as planned and efficiently processed our insurance via Elliott who was also very efficient.
