The staff was well informed and charming, however quite overbearing and forceful.
THIS REVIEW HAS NOW BEEN UPDATED TO A MORE HONEST SUMMARY OF MY EXPERIENCE:
The person I spoke to was very charming and had done some thorough research on me, which took me by surprise.
And he took time explaining the different insurance offers. He was very well informed and offered great banter.
However, in the tone of his voice, I was made to feel pressured to make a decision straight away. What was really alarming was that I was pressured to leave a 5 star review. At one point he even raised his voice when I mentioned considering leaving a 4 star review. A few months later when I phoned him up with the decision of cancelling my monthly subscription, rather than listening to my reason he went straight into listing why it was a bad idea, by mentioning all the horrific accidents that could potentially happen to me.
I still ended up cancelling it.
Overall, I was made to feel pressured and the way the conversation was conducted came across as quite manipulative.

Real gentlemen still exist out there.
Hi,
I started out with a complaint and Sam, who was at the other end of the phone made me feel so important and spoke to me as if he had all day to help me. I had been thinking of getting another insurance and I have been low on cash, because of Covid. So when he came up with a good policy, I jumped at the chance to get cover.
He explained everything to me in terms that I understood and did not blind me with numbers.
I will be telling my friends about him and how he was a real gentleman.

Putting the customer first
Saj Javed is my advisor and has been very helpful in helping me find the right cover for me and my family at the right price. What I really loved about his service is he let me think about it again for a further 20minutes before calling back to make sure the price was still okay for me instead of just taking my first yes as a confirmation. I'm greatfull that he did that. Friendly service and would recommend to anyone I know.

Sam was not trying to sell me anything he was simply advising me on other options and the decision was entirely mine. The whole process was was made so easy and with no pressure to rush Sam give me time to think before making my final decision.

I highly recommend speaking to Saj Javed he is warm and friendly he puts your mind at rest on a subject that many of us procrastinate on. Saj also doesn't lead you to go to the most expensive but taylors the product to your needs. You can also send him your ironing for him to do as he is partial to ironing his shirts 😂😂

Sam Becket saved the day…
I initially spoke to Sam 2 years ago and he sorted me out a great policy which I was very happy with. I since moved house and the mortgage advisor (not from lifesecure) I used got me a new policy, he did not record my medical history correctly and I was left with no insurance. I got back in touch with lifesecure and Sam called me back, I explained the situation and he sorted me a new policy within 24 hours with the correct information and the correct level of cover that I require, nothing more and no pressure. The price is affordable and I’m happy that if the worst should happen my policy is accurate and will be paid out. I will not be going anywhere else for life insurance in the future and should my circumstances change, Sam will be the first and only person I will contact to help me stay covered. Super happy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
