Echoing the reviews below; just completed a survey and was abruptly signed out with the message "ACCESS DENIED
Your membership was canceled. Please contact us if you have any questions."
On enquiring as to the reason was advised I had violated their Tc and Cs.
In my experience, once you've been using a survey site for a few months (give or take), your membership is terminated without valid reason. Time to move on..

I premi non vengono inviati. Scrivere è inutile, accampano scuse vergognose, se messi alle strette, non sanno dare un tempo per la soluzione del problema

Non dicono neppure cosa c'è che non va. Semplicemente NON VOGLIONO pagare.

Dove sono le autorità di controllo?

They are cheat me. Suddenly suspend my account. I am unable to login

Sconsiglio , deludente ,senza motivo mi hanno chiuso account.

E' un sito per sondaggi veramente assurdo. Improvvisamente il mio account è stato disattivato perchè avrei commesso delle irregolarità (???), contravvenendo al loro regolamento, e alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti, non mi è stato spiegato quali sarebbero ma mi è stato risposto che le prove sono "travolgenti"... Io ho semplicemente risposto ai sondaggi con serietà!
Tra l'altro sono iscritta da anni a diversi panel e una cosa simile non mi era mai successa.
Sicuramente Lifepointspanel non lo consiglio.

Désactive les comptes en justifiant que leurs contrôles de sécurité ont détecté des activités suspectes mais sans donner d’explication concrètes .Ne donne pas le mail de leur société mère afin que je puisse demander plus d informations. Résultat au bout de 2 ans et demi sans aucun problème désactive mon compte et garde bien sûr pour plus de 15 euros de point durement gagné. Un conseil prenez vos points au fur et à mesure n attendez pas d atteindre une grosse somme

Yep I am another one to add to the list! Been with them for years - since when they were My Survey rather than LifePoints. Unable to access my account yesterday, queried and advised my account has been inactivated as I no longer meet their quality standards. Queried but absolutely no response received. Shoddy way to treat people!

join the club I have been a loyal member for years and they close my account twice without warning !!!! I am not given evidence of fraud as stated b4 my best advice cash in your credits asap !!!! there response to my previous review still has not given me any hard core proof about going against their t/cs / conflicting information !!!

Dopo un paio di anni in cui tutto è filato liscio (vabbè tralasciando molti sondaggi i quali venivo espulso a metà) due giorni fa, di punto in bianco, non riesco piu' ad accedere al mio account, messaggio di errore "sospeso per inattività". Mando una mail di chiarimenti (nell'ultimo mese avevo riscosso 3 premi dato che avevo molto tempo libero da dedicare) facendo notare che ero tutt'altro che "non attivo"...... loro rispondono con la solita mail preconfezionata nel quale dice che ho violato non si sa quale loro normativa. mando un ulteriore mail per chiedere delucidazioni e dopo alcuni giorni mi viene risposto che ci sono "prove travolgenti" che attestano la mia colpevolezza ...... si ma colpevole di cosa non mi viene detto nuovamente , usando la scusa che "poi si scoprono i loro sistemi di controllo ed è rischioso per future truffe" ....... la mia sensazione è che avendo riscosso troppi premi in breve tempo sono stato segnalato come "un cattivo elemento" dato che evidentemente vogliono le nostre informazioni senza pagare.

Because I would!
Avoid them at all cost. They will waste your time and kick you out without giving you any good reason. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you have enough time to waste.

Been with them for quite sometime, and did enjoy filling in surveys. I've always tried to be honest and filled the questions in to the best of my ability.
But as most of the reviews I've seen on trust pilot my account has been inactivate due to breach of quality standards.
No warning, just the usual generic response when requested.
Over £15 of credit lost for unknown reasons.
DONT USE THEM.

sono due mesi che aspetto due ricompense da 5 e da 10 euro amazon e un sito di truffatori attenti li contatto e nessuno mi risponde risolvendo il problme afanno finta di rispondere qui su trustpilot ma ppoi non nrisolvono niente attenti sono dei ladri truffatori

No se apunten a esta página de encuestas porque se quedan con tu tiempo y tu dinero que has ganado honestamente haciendo encuestas.
Después de muchos meses haciendo encuestas de forma honesta y transparente, de un día para otro me cancelan la cuenta porque según ellos he infringido la política de canje de recompensas. Pido que me digan exactamente qué he hecho y me responden con frases estándar y arbitrarias sobre que no me pueden decir nada por la seguridad y bla, bla, bla de lo que deduzco no he hecho absolutamente nada para que cierren mi cuenta, se queden con los puntos y con un canje de 5€ por toda la cara, a eso se le llama sinvergüenzas.

Mi sono iscritta, ho completato tutti i miei dati, ho fatto dei sondaggi (pochi perchè alla maggior parte non risultavo idonea) poi, dopo pochi giorni, senza motivo, hanno disattivato il mio account. Non capisco come funzionano questi siti, forse vogliono solo raccogliere i dati dei consumatori e, una volta ottenuto lo scopo, non serviamo più.

I made first surveys, take out money, and after some time my account was closed. I needed 16 points more for taking money put, but they deactivated my account and forfeited my points. They wrote only that I have violated Terms and Conditions. I don't understand how, they nothing explained. When I asked about explanation, they automatically sent me same answer.

I will now hand over the intentional fraud of Lifepoints to a specialist and knowledgeable law firm and to consumer protection.

Then the Lifepoints fraud goes to court.

Since today I can't log in anymore.

My account has been deactivated for alleged inactivity.

My account was deactivated while I was active on Lifepoints and in the middle of a survey.

So I was in the middle of a survey when Lifepoints deactivated my account for alleged inactivity

This survey was therefore not remunerated.

I also have ongoing surveys that require me to enter my answers every day.

Since this is no longer possible due to the illegal deactivation of lifepoints, lawyers must now clarify this.

In addition, I have already requested two (2) withdrawals from Lifepoints.

Lifepoints refuses to credit these payouts to my account.

That is why it has to be enforced in court.

But I was active with my account every day.
That is why the claim of alleged inactivity is also false and a lie.

If I am not able to log in again immediately, I will hire a specialist and knowledgeable law firm to enforce this legally.

Lifepoints must then pay all legal fees, court costs and legal costs.

If I am not able to log into my account again today, then I will hand the whole thing over to a specialist and knowledgeable law firm and to consumer protection because of intentional fraud.

I’ve been answering surveys for a few weeks now, I’ve accumulated a decent amount of points and was looking into cashing them in.
I’ve not been able to claim my payout and have now been banned for violating terms and conditions.
To my knowledge I’ve done nothing wrong but Lifepoints refuse to tell me why I’ve lost my membership.
If I could have scored them a minus score I would have done so.

Having been a member of this survey site for many years yesterday, for no reason, my account was suspended and all my points cancelled.
I contacted them to ask why and was abruptly told I had violated the T&C's and action was taken to remove my account. I asked what did they think I had done as reading the terms I couldn't see what had prompted terminating my account as all I had tried to do was log in to continue with a survey.
I was rudely informed that they did not have to account for their actions, it was irrevocable, and the discussion was now closed, followed by a sarcastic ''have a nice day''.
Fortunately all I lost was about 15 euros, and thereby the Ukrainian disaster fund where they were intended for, but I strongly suggest other members trading in your points as soon as earned and for lifepoints PR/customer services staff to be retrained in good manners and diplomacy.
