I oredered a stationary bike from the Wetherill Park store on 12th June and was told that as soon as the order came to that store, that I would be told so in an email. I was not. After 11 days of waiting I rang the 1300 number to find out the progress of the order, and although the customer service person was pleasant, she couldn't tell me about its progress. There was also no direct telephone number to the Wetherill Park store itself, which would have been very helpful. I rang again several days later (25th June), and was told that it had come in on the 18th June i.e. one week earlier. I was not emailed,as promised, on the day that it arrived. After hearing this,I went straight down to the Wetherill Park store and picked it up. The product is fine and I got everything that I ordered. However, the breakdown in communication was frustrating and unacceptable; I can only recommend that you improve this. It's very important to customers that they are communicated with properly, and kept in the loop.

Friendly staff and hassle free purchase and delivery and excellent product.

Easy and quick purchasing process as I used Click and collect. Staff at the collection center (Broadmeadows) was friendly and helped me to load the treadmill to my vehicle.

Great product. Takes time to assemble but works well so far but it has only been a few weeks. Very happy with delivery efficiency, assistance and the actual product.

Overall I am pleased with my spin bike purchase. Packaging was great. It was easy enough to put together.

Terrible customer service if it breaks you have no replacement parts available kiss your $1000 investment goodbye!

I had an exceptional experience recently with Lifespan. After ordering an elliptical trainer I found that one of the cables had been sliced. This prevented the machine from being able to power on.

I reached out to the Lifespan team, and was surprised how quickly a team member got in contact with me. They offered me multiple different options to address the fault that best suited my situation. After choosing the best option, a tech came out quickly and repaired it.
