I have placed two separate orders with Lifestyle Furniture, one last August and then again at the start of this year, both for 2 items of Cuba Sheesham furniture for my office. I am always nervous ordering furniture online, especially heavy solid wood items such as these, but both orders were delivered quickly and safely, the first Monday after my order was placed. Any messages I sent were answered quickly, and have to say the delivery company they use (Avanti) have been brilliant as well, the second delivery the girl arranged to have it delivered on the Monday evening as I couldn’t get the day off. These are hand made items, each one is different, I like that. I also (as was stated in LF’s info) noticed a couple of the doors and drawers were quite stiff, didn’t mind that as, again, it’s hand made natural wood items, but noticed that this actually improved after the items had sat in the house for a while. Overall, extremely happy with my purchases and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!!

Most beautiful and amazing furniture, looks really expensive without breaking the bank. Speedy delivery and excellent couriers, polite and professional.

The two pine bedside tables that I ordered are sturdy well made, although I would like the drawers to slide in and out a bit more easily, which is why i given just 4 stars. They were delivered promptly and extremely well wrapped. Saara from Customer service was very friendly and helpful when I rang to say one of the drawer knobs wouldn't hold its screw. A replacement was dispatched very promptly. I would definitely order from Lifestyle furniture again,

Mirror is lovely, arrived safely and in one piece. Not put it up as yet as need new drilled hole’ places in the wall but does look really nice, very pleased thanks.

Poor customer service. Rude when I contacted after a 5 week wait for my furniture. Courier service was shocking. Quality of furniture is very poor, certainly not as advertised. Having read many negative reviews I can’t even face trying to return said items. Will not be purchasing from here again.

Your, frankly, yellow furniture does not look like the pictures on the website. Your choice of courier can only reflect on your customer service which in my experience was very poor.

good table delivered on time

The tall boy is well made a reasonable price delivered on time by helpful driver and mate.

Value for money and excellent quality. I ordered a "large 2 over four chest" which was excellent so I ordered another one.

I ordered a new table for my Mother after finding Lifestyle Furniture via a search engine.

Whilst we’re very happy with the new table I’ve been absolutely blown away by the customer service received from Tahira!

Tahira has been exceptional helpfully when dealing with both pre & post purchase and follow up issues as well.

Tahira even took the time to call my Mother as well to ensure she was kept aware of the order and delivery process.

Never used this company before but saw the bedside cupboards i wanted at a reasonable price. I phoned the company to confirm they were not flat packs and a very helpful gentleman told me not, so I proceeded with order. I also had a follow up email to also confirm. They arrived well packed in perfect condition and we are very pleased. Would recommend.
