Above and Beyond is how I’d describe my experience. David was extremely patient and accommodating (I opted for bespoke sofa coverings so there were lots of back and forth to confirm the specification), I received regular updates as to manufacturing progress and the company delivering the furniture also provided a high service (polite and respectful of my property).

We visited the Taunton store yesterday with our daughter who wanted to buy a sofa for her flat. The staff were brilliant. Special thanks to the store manager, Tom, the assistant manager , Tyler and Roddy. They were exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. Even making sure that we didn’t get a parking fine from the land owner as we might have gone over the time limit. My daughter found a beautiful sofa and was very happy . Would definitely recommend a visit to this store as it was a great experience.

I used the White Glove delivery service which was fantastic & so worth paying a little extra for.

Delivery service was punctual but didn't have an option for unpacking, which I would have been happy to pay extra for.

Solid quality
We ordered some pretty pricey tables; TV unit and open shelves. We can see where the extra money went. Quality is amazing. I've never seen furniture so well packaged and minimal assembly ( shelves & legs) took a few minutes and no big deal.

Ordered on line after looking in store. Online order was followed up the very next day with a courtesy call thanking us for the order and explained what to expect regards delivery etc, very nice touch.
Again received a call day before delivery with a time slot for which they arrived on time. Items delivered to the room needed, unpacked and placed where they were wanted, again a nice touch
Love the furniture purchased, very well made and looks beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Will be going again for some more pieces, would highly recommend and thanks again.
