Still waiting delivery

I placed my order and received an email stating my order was on its way. I had used the product before that was gifted to me and didn’t know where to buy it. Went online and found this company and based in the U.K!!

Around a month went by I still hadn’t received my product. Contact the company a couple of times via phone and social media to ask where it was? Lifestyle got in touch and let me know email was the best way to contact them and informed me my order had been delivered by Yodel and to check with neighbours as the parcel had been left outside their house. As I didn’t know my neighbour I couldn’t ask them if they had seen it via the telephone and they weren’t in when I tried their doorbell.

I went back to Lifestyle and they offered me a refund or to resend my order.

I took up the offer to have my order resent but this time I suggested they send it out via Royal Mail as per their initial email suggested this time it arrived promptly.

Thank you Liftstyle for being receptive, understanding, helpful by guiding me to take the steps to try and find my parcel and then sending out my order again so quickly.

The product is exactly as I remembered at a low cost. It is of high quality and a unique massage/bath oil blend. I am really happy!!! I will be ordering via this company again.

They supplied part order and one quantity was not delivered (2/3). There was no email communication. After almost 45days I got an email showing a refund processed for the third item. There was no communication why or if they will get the new supply. No customer service at all.

Had the worst online shopping experience I've every had in my life with this seller.

Extremely rude and even harassed me through email. First they couldn't provide the product I originally wanted, but I said Fine, just to a replacement with a similar product.

Over 2months went by!! Tried contacting and etc but received such rude reponses. When I tried to ask them to help track my order - the response was "that's not our problem. We sent it if you don't get it's nothing to do with us"

Then when it finally arrived after Months! this is the message I got from the seller::: a sarcastic message, expecting ME me to apologise::

Email upon email about my ugly character and etc. It was mean, it was harassment and all for what? Because my parcel came 2months late and I was trying to find out where it was?

Then they were sending nasty emails saying the parcel was delivered to my neighbour - but that Was not true at all because I eventually got the parcel Months later - so it never was delivered to a neighbour

see attached postage receipt - clearly saying 35A - the address you requested.
also attached is the royal mail tracking - delivery was attempted at your address so they left it with your neighbour - i did email you all this a couple of days ago. the neighbour that received your parcel was daisy ? please refer to the tracking information i have added you can also track it yourself on the royal mail tracking site - tracking number was provided at the time of payment so you have had the tracking number and same information i have since you made the order. No one has 'messed you about' you just have not communicated properly we have done nothing wrong.

I have all the emails in my inbox still. I just don't understand how a business could operate like this. I really wonder who this individual is but they are Not a nice person.

I almost took the emails to the police for harassment because it was just too much. I still feel I need to open a police case because who sends a customer hundreds of emails calling them names and questioning their character. It's madness.

Am in shock because there's clearly a mental health issue going on with this individual. This is not normal behaviour. And I'm even afraid that they have my address as they've threatened me. Shocking
