I placed an order for Prostanol at the end of October 23, and received conformation of the order next day.
However 3 weeks latter I have still not received my Prostanol, and have received an email from Lifestyle health store to that they never received my order yet they have taken my money. They difficult to contact and advertise products they do not stock. It looks like I have lost £20 and given myself a headache.

Very prompt delivery, excellent product - it's a hardworking little machine that has already dramatically reduced the dampness in my house.

I've ordered some L-Carnitine Isotonic drink mix, the website service was a fuss-free experience, the arranged delivery was quick and I received the product I ordered.

Order still not received after 1 week.

Again, like many here, my complaint is to do with delivery. I paid extra for express delivery as had run out of magnesium which I rely on. A week later, nothing had arrived. When I chased this up with the store they said it had indeed been shipped. I emailed back to repeat that it had not arrived and they then forwarded a message on from DPD saying that it was 'received' by myself, with a photo of the product in my blue bin (apparently a 'safe place' - not so safe when the blue bins were collected the following day and DPD had not left me a note, text or email telling me it was in there - and that there are plenty of other more safe places to leave it - behind my gate for example). So no product.
(I might add that it was delivered 5 days after I ordered it - not the 1-2 days I paid for but, seeing as it was chewed up by a bin lorry, this doesn't seem relevant anymore).
Subsequent correspondence asking for a refund from the company - as I have checked online that responsibility for non-delivery rests with the seller, not the buyer - and this went unanswered.
I have now asked to be put through to their complaints team, but hoping this review will prompt them for a refund.
I am a single low-income mother so can't afford to literally throw £26 in the bin!
I think - judging by the reviews on here - the company should reconsider its delivery company.
