The worst company ever!!!
AVOID!!! I was waiting very long time for my order and finally only part of order arrived. Before that I had been asked to pay some extra for delivery and when I ask for refund they ignored me and offered discounts next order and gift. Very disappointed ☹️!!!

I was once stuck in some abusive company. I reached out to Lifted and to my amazement, they found a good company for me with accommodation all arranged. I have peace of mind and now settled. I am grateful to Lifted.

Lifted Care has been absolutely amazing! They helped me secure a job all the way from Africa, arranged suitable accommodation, and provided all the information I needed as an immigrant arriving in a new country. They didn’t stop there, they continued to check on me to make sure I was settling in well and being treated fairly by my employer.

Good Communicators

I was asked to download the app by my employer i had left the company and now going back, the whole process with lifted has been nothing but stressful demanding information from when I was 11years old and job history from over 24years ago I mean whi remembers that kind of information then to demand a copy of my v5 log book for the car never in my 10year career in care have I ever had to supply that along with proof of car tax a code from dvla its way to intrusive for a job and as I explained to my boss if it wasn't for the fact I know the company well I would of told her to poke the job and stopped the application all you get from support us ph its a cqc thing has to be done! This whole process has left me very overwhelmed I would not recommend lifted at all

Downloaded the app, I was scheduled for a video interview no one showed up and no email to correspond that.

I’ve been trying to delete the account over and over again to no avail. Tried to chat the customer section on the app. No reply too.

We ordered a desk between Christmas and New year, it arrived last week (it’s nearly May).. We’ve just opened the box and it’s broken. We can’t even be bothered to try and get our money back.

Awful
I ordered one sofa and one nail table for my salon on 23 November.
They only sent one confirmation email.
After so many email and complaints i received only one order.
I still not have received the sofa .
Sent so many emails still no hope.
I will never shop again from lifted after my worse experience.

It took three months for the table I ordered to be delivered. The table I received after three months was broken and many parts were broken. When I asked for a refund, they said they would not refund me but would give me the broken parts. It will take another three months for these parts to arrive. When can I use this table?

Awful. They make you all kinds of promises. But do not deliver. Maybe they save their best Carers for their moneyed or live in. Otherwise you get sent a list of illiterate individuals who you just know will struggle. Not trained as well. Or worse still they keep you waiting months then say we have no one. We were forced to take on an ill suited carer. Barely able to comprehend proper English. Told she was the best in the country! Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

My father has Alzheimer’s and is being looked after by a wonderful kind thoughtful carer called Helen.
Dad is happy and relaxed and has commented on several occasions as to how helpful Helen is.
We as a family are so grateful to Lifted for finding a perfect match to look after our father.
I have complete peace of mind knowing Dad is being taken care of so well.

We've had a wonderful experience with Lifted Care. We haven't used care before and feel incredibly fortunate to have found Lifted to help with our father who has Dementia. The team offer a personal and reassuring approach to Care and have a great team of carers. Specifically, they introduced us to a wonderful carer called Olakorede.

Ola has been with us for over 4 months and is extremely professional but also sensitive, warm and has a lovely sense of humour. She relaxes both my mother and father without ever feeling intrusive. We've had to move on to a live-in carer now as my Father's dementia requires it but I cannot speak highly enough of Ola and the care she has offered.

I am very grateful to Loren for finding Maria to care for my father.
It has enabled him to stay in his own home as this is very important to him.
Maria has been amazing for my father who has Dementia.
She has helped him engage with food again as he was not eating much at all and now eats well and drinks lots of healthy drinks.
She helps him with personal care, washing getting dressed. she does his washing and the house is lovely and clean.
He is less stressed and anxious with Maria around to remind him as his memory is very bad.
He likes having company as he has been lonely living alone.
Maria is so patient with him I am very please with how things are going.
It is such a relief to know my father is in safe hands.

The company is very good at matching carers with clients they’re customer care is first class and their carers are wonderful. Mum has had 2 carers from Lifted both delightful kind and caring . I feel confident my mum is being looked after and cared for. Highly recommend this company

The team took the time to assess and understand our needs. The carer they provided is very capable with spades of empathy-just what my parents needed.

Great company, very supportive and put things in place when we were in an urgent situation very quickly.
We used this company for around 3 weeks. Mum had gone into respite when after 2 weeks we were told that they couldn’t care for her anymore-even though they were a top class care home with a dementia unit!
We didn’t know what to do. I called and spoke to Caroline, she was very caring and understanding and promised they could have a carer in place within a few days. I was amazed that they did.
They kept in contact with us as a family and the carer regularly and even when mum was very difficult to handle at first due to her dementia, they were there to help us and offer support. Having the carer in the house was like having one of our family looking after her, and as mum got to know them it got easier.
We would have continued to use this company as we couldn’t fault them, but unfortunately financially it wasn’t viable long term and mum has now moved into a care home. The carer even offered to come with us on her first day if we wanted her to.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using them.

Our carer built a great relationship with dad. He went over and beyond what was required making sure dad was ok at all times even through the night.
His years of experience with Dementia showed in how he looked after dad always willing to go the extra mile for him.
