Bulb entirely corresponding to the description

I got my sales reference & invoice details straight away - all good and correct, no complaints. Downside is 3 weeks later no lamp and no communication apart from 'rate us on Trust Pilot'.

I've both emailed and completed the support request form on the website to ask detail on dispatch / delivery and zero response.

Communication guys, if a product is not in stock fair enough, we can deal with it, its not a big problem, but please, please don't ignore me. :(

I placed an order over six weeks ago. There was no indication that the lamp was backordered. I understand that everyone is understaffed and that items are delayed, but almost every request for information goes unanswered, and the answers I do receive -- weeks apart -- are vague and without follow up. I have little hope this will be resolved anytime soon and have completely lost confidence in this company.

Ho acquistato una lampada lunedì mattina e ad oggi, sabato pomeriggio, non solo non è stata spedita ma non ho nemmeno notizie del mio ordine. Pessimo.

Ordered, got order confirmation and invoice but no notice that the items have been shipped. The message read: "Your order is being picked as we speak and as soon as it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code via email."
Five days after still no tracking code. However, the invoice was issued a day after the said message and states "EXPORT NON EU" even though the delivery address is in Croatia, an EU country.
A complete mess altogether.

Very good quality and variety for the price. Reasonable delivery cost to UK, but importantly it was fast. I was able to source the components to rebuild two floor lamps.

The product I ordered through the website is not manufactured anymore. Lightessentials should update their catalog so that customers don't purchase products that don't exist anymore.
