What a great company to work with! We moved home during a particularly stressful time for our family. The Lightfoots team drove the process through very efficiently with minimal stress. They were always available to answer questions and were a pleasure to work with.

someone evicted from your property after non payment of rent could be a long process and their advice was correct as it took seven months.

Claire Hardy responded to my email right away, requesting more information and a video call meeting followed soon after. Claire was very responsive and understood the delicate situation I was in and advised me how best to proceed and was very professional and patient with me because there was no easy resolution to the matter at hand. In the end I had to put the case on hold and Claire was very supportive and understanding.

I have and am still using Lightfoots for conveyancing and other matters. With conveyancing currently completed, this review is regarding this. I used Lightfoots for both the sale of a property at one time and buying a property at another. Elise has been amazing. So patient, supportive of my particular situation and speedy when needed!
