Sheena is great, really looking after me

We used Lightfoots for the sale of our property and purchase of a new home, and were fortunate to have Elise Staples deal with the conveyancing on both. Elise was simply outstanding. She stepped in with no fuss to seamlessly pick up our files from a colleague even though the process was well underway. From then on Elise was professional, knowledgeable and approachable, proactive in her communication and always available to clarify progress even at the most stressful of times with a cheery manner. Despite having to deal with some difficult personalities in the chain, Elise took it all in her stride, moved the process forward quickly and efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a top class conveyancing solicitor.

Initially that they were prepared to take on the work required. I dealt with Sabrina who recommended that I seek independent financial advice before commencing. I was provided with a detailed breakdown of the anticipated cost of the work. Having arranged to proceed Sabrina provided me with regular updates via email and promptly responded to my own emails to her. The work was completed in a timely manner.

We had an excellent experience with Katie as our Senior Conveyancer during our house purchase.
