Product is excellent, delivery was fast. Building is fun and challenging, I have Rivendell and Barad Dur, the accents are incredible. I only give 4 stars because I belive Barad Dur was overpriced.

It is my first time building with kit
I have been working on building the LEGO set, and I must say, it has been quite an engaging and enjoyable experience. However, one aspect has really piqued my curiosity - the light kit. I find it fascinating how the light kit is installed and integrated into the set.
Although I haven't finished building the LEGO yet, I can't help but wonder how the light kit looks and functions once it's all put together. The products, instructions, service and entire overall experience feels premium and well-thought out in its entirety. The components themselves, especially the 2.0 kit are amazingly versatile to work with, look great, and are very high quality. Shipping times were also great and the packaging and overall unboxing, building and setup experience was phenomenal. I have to stop myself from putting lights on every single Lego set I own!

Impressed so far with the product
I've only experienced the 1.0 version and I now understand why you have a 2.0 version. The connectors are very small and aligning them up to make sure they go in the right way is tricky. The end product looks great and it made my set come to life. I haven't installed the 2.0 kit on my cabin yet. I'm looking forward to seeing how that works and looks.

I was disappointed that when I got the lights, there was no instructions to build and put the lights in at the same time. There’s only instructions to be placed after it’s been built. My first set had instructions to put the lighting in as I built.

Hi Michael, We hear you and this is something we're actively discussing internally. At this stage for clarity, all our 2.0 light kits come with a "Light After Build" 3D instruction guide. Meanwhile, newer LEGO® releases—as well as some older ones—include "Light As You Build" instructions in addition to that.

My only small issue is that I would prefer an easier on/off button/switch for the included battery pack and it also wasn't clear to me that watch batteries weren't included (although likely I didn't read it carefully enough).

Super fun upgrade to your set
Quick to ship. Easy to follow instructions. Love that they provide instructions for how to install after building. Appreciate the paper bags instead of plastic. Takes the lego set to the next level and made me feel extra cool doing so.

The reindeer was a terrible build.
The reindeer was a terrible build that didn’t stay together and at one point I had to guess where the pieces went as they were missing from the instruction booklet.
It won’t stand, nor can I hang it as an ornament bc the pieces keep falling apart.
I will say though that the company completely refunded me for the full price of the ornament without me even asking. I just wrote them a note asking if all the “creations” were like the reindeer I got and the next thing I knew the money was refunded on my CC. So as for the company …
… I give them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
