Terrible. The watch band was too short. The website for the watch even says if you need more links, just fill out the support form. You do that, they just tell you they don't offer links, and expect you to buy an entire new band for 1 or 2 links, for half the cost of the watch.
UPDATE: I pushed my review from 1 to 3 stars. When I posted this review, I also sent an email to continue the support chain mentioning the site information. After I got a response here, I filled out the form and also emailed about it. I first heard back from support which then took the route of "the link offer is only available for our German customers with German addresses." and that they were going to change their website. Humorously, its now gone from all the watch pages, though still there on the band pages. I then got a fedex notice this Tuesday that there was a shipment coming to me at the email i use for TrustPilot, and got a new band to use for links yesterday. I also got a response from the email I sent with the TrustPilot info (I hadn't realized there was a form to fill out initially and sent by email) today , at the same email address I ordered from saying they were going to send me a band. I replied and let them know I already received one.
While I appreciate the support of resolving the issue, considering the responses to my emails to customer support continued to be "we can't help you.", I feel like it's just because of the negative TrustPilot review and not any actual wanting to help, hence, I'll push the review to three stars to get out of the red, but I can't go any higher than that, nor would I recommend.

I purchased a watch in December and never received it. After contacting Lilienthal Berlin, I received an automated reply from customer service. There are two additional replies below. The first reply was on December 15th and the last was on December 17th. I also submitted a text to Veho, which is there tracking service and was told to file a police report. As of today, January 14, I have not heard anything from Lilienthal Berlin nor have a received the watch I ordered. There watches look nice but NEVER order from a company that does not offer phone support. I will buy a watch from a store in America that has real people who answer the phone. Lesson learned and money flushed down the drain.

I wasn't happy with my watch. The automatic watch felt thick, and it wore small for a 41mm. The lume was disappointing, and the mesh bracelet band felt cheap.
Also the watch face felt much more silver than white, which is not the look I was going for.
I didn't hesitate to buy, since they advertise free returns. However, as per usual the devil is in the details. Returns are in fact free, but they do not offer refunds, you get a store credit only.
Now I'm left just truly wishing I never purchased from this micro brand.

Failed, Broken?
This company’s customer service is utterly unacceptable. After multiple failed attempts to get support and resolution, I’ve been met with dismissiveness, contradicting information, and a complete lack of accountability. Despite the watch being only a few years old and still under warranty (or so I was led to believe), they refuse to cover repairs or offer any meaningful assistance. Instead, I’m told to pay exorbitant fees for repairs that should be covered, and I’ve been jerked around with inconsistent and unhelpful messages.
Their responses are vague, contradictory, and glaringly indifferent to the frustration and inconvenience caused. They seem more interested in avoiding responsibility than standing behind their flawed product or providing genuine support. I’ve had two watches fail — one unrepairable by local shops, and now I’m left with expensive, non-functional products and zero recourse.
If you’re considering buying from this company, beware: their customer service and warranty policies are a complete sham. I would strongly advise against investing in their products, as they clearly do not stand behind what they sell and treat customers' concerns with dismissive contempt. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a brand.
And, yes as others have noted below I spoke with this infamous customer service person whose name must not be named due to Trustpilot guidelines...whom I asked if he was an AI ChatBot and "he" said no. I dont trust it. So when they continue to respond in the affirmative that they want to make sure you are happy - TRUST ME when I say they do not follow up tangibly on ANYTHING they say. Bottomless promises.

So far, my experience with the company has been unacceptable. My watch stopped working. I tried to use the Return Portal to no avail. I sent the watch with accompanying paperwork (including original invoice) to their Wayne, PA (supposedly ZEIGEIST INC USA Headquarters) address. The King of Prussia, PA headquarters no longer exists. No phone numbers for any of the affiliated companies i.e., Lilienthal-Berlin USA or DETOMASO are working numbers. They route all emails back to the same Return Portals Help Center, and Customer Service websites. I am just wanting a replacement for the watch I bought—no more no less. Ethan in Customer Service is the only Responsive real person I have engaged. Maybe he will come through for me. This is a heck of a way to run a railroad!! Dallas

I bought one of their watches last December. In less than 6 months of wearing it and being very careful with it, the blue paint on the strap links is rubbing off leaving traces on white garment. I emailed them with the photo and they emailed back with the questionaire for returning the watch on their website only to advise in the end that according to their Terms and Conditions, they only offer store credit for returns, rather than refunds since their warranty "doesn't cover wear and tear". I will stay away from this company in the future.

Super fast shipping and excellent customer service. The watch is something to talk about, beautiful and a piece that surely you will want in your collection. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
Avoid these watches. I bought a Zeitgeist Automatik in December 2024. It looks nice, but that's where it ends. The watch is automatic, so no battery, just uses motion. The watch ran fast, so that by the end of a couple weeks the watch was 5-10 minutes fast. I contacted the company and they took it back to repair. They then apparently sent me a "new" watch".This watch ran faster than the other one. 5 mins per week. And after I contacted customer service again the watch stopped working totally. It is broken. Customer service suggested I hadn't worn it long enough, or that I hadn't wound it up enough - I did both of these things and it still didn't work. They also suggested that running 40 seconds per day fast was within their normal tolerance, when previously this was outside of normal. Now they don't respond at all. Customer service is obstructionist and very good at doing very little to solve the issue. I am so disappointed and unhappy. I have a nice-looking $800 paperweight. Based on other reviews and my experience, I would avoid this company; your money is better spent elsewhere.
Aug 29 - It's noticeable that the reply has been amended from a normal daily deviation of 40seconds to 11seconds, because who would buy a precision time piece that runs fast or slow 20mins a month?

I am very happy with my new watch. The design is both modern and classic. I get many compliments. The pricing was a nice bonus.
I tried the Zeitgeist all blue, and decided I didn’t like the color. I returned it and got a refund, no issues. Then ordered another Zeitgeist sil/white face but it didn’t have the band I wanted so added a brown leather strap. It arrived, the strap was missing one of the attachment pins, and they were out of stock so waited quite a while, finally told them I’d take a khaki leather band instead. That arrived in good order in a reasonable time, and I’m now enjoying the watch. It’s attractive with a wonderful movement. The only down side is that the crown is so thin that it’s impossible to wind the watch without a latex glove (for traction), so I don’t even try, I just treat it as a movement without a winding function. Otherwise, a wonderful watch! Support was very responsive.

Impossible for my repairman who put in a new battery to repair..so this psuedo Bauhaus watch cost me about 100 US dollars a year ,then died.

The watch i bought doesnt fit right. The website says that you can return and get a refund if done before 14 days. I have received my watch of march 31st, and been trying to get the return info for the last week sending two emails and filling the return form info on their website. I have received zero info on how and where to return. Really bad customer service. Be carefull, you might get stuck with a pricey watch that is not right for you
