It arrived as promised though driver dropped off at the bottom of the garden so everything had to be carried to the site by the installers. Installers were excellent, Warren and Stuart - very neat and precise and all completed within time. The finished cabin looks great and we are very happy customers. Thanks.

Nice people to do business with supported by reliable and professional tradesman. Having Kenny on site to build the cabin has been an absolute pleasure, he couldnt be more helpful or obliging.

Great help in choosing the cabin. As much care after receiving the payment as before. Kenny the carpenter (who erected the cabin) worked hard in freezing conditions and was helpful at all points.
The one slight disappointment was that I thought painting the cabin was included. The paint was, but not painting. It might be that the office mentioned this but it went over my head. Apart from that, great! I would definitely recommend them

Mark who come to set the summer house up was fantastic polite and very friendly. He told us all what needed to be done and was very tidy.

The delivery today of my Lillevilla cabin went brilliantly. Jenny rang to give me an hours notice of her arrival, which was very helpful. She was very friendly, extremely efficient, and took extra care to ensure the two decent plants in the wreck of a garden of my new home didn't get damaged. She is a credit to your company. I can't wait for the Cabin to be constructed.

I’ve visited white elm garden centre for years and have loved it, so when my Husband and I decided to get a log cabin for our children as a games room / social space we looked at a few places but Lille Villa came out top! Lyn was so friendly, she was just a lovely person from the start and didn’t pressurise us but answered all of our questions from start to finish. We had lots of questions even from after paying our deposit and she would email us back or call us which we really appreciated it.

Delivered this morning, Jenny was really helpful and it went really smooth. I am really excited to have it built on Friday.

From start to finish there has been no issues at all from arranging having the base/footings done turned up on the day they were booked.
the cabin arriving on the day we requested and layed out ready for the build the following week.
The building of the cabin was done so well and professionally it looks stunning in the garden
From placing the order to the final build nothing has been a problem at all

Positives - Cabin is beautiful and great quality. Build guys were also absolutely brilliant and quick!

Negatives - once they have your money, expect the service and communication to decrease massively. We booked in delivery 12 weeks before build, noone contact us in advance to confirm it was going ahead or expected time of delivery. One person turnt up and unloaded it on the drive way as it was too heavy for them to put in garden on their own - meaning we couldnt use our drive way for a week. Came to build day, noone turnt up. We had to call to find out that the guy went sick. 5 hours later we then get a call to say build will be done 4 days later. Build day came and they started building it and it wasnt the right cabin!!!!!! When in the show room we asked for the exact cabin on display with partitioning and to our delight she said it was £900 cheaper than advertised!! We were pleased!!! Anyway, end up being she didnt add the partitioning onto the order which is why we got the wrong cabin. They then expected us to pay £900 straight away and theyd send the panels and door for partition. Obviously this didnt go down well and they redused it to an extra £500 to pay immedidately. I understand mistakes are made but the whole thing was so poorly handled and the stress they caused had really made me not want to recommend this company!!

You need to improve your customer services department and communication as a whole - its an huge expense so get it right first time!!!!

From when we initially popped in to have a look at the showroom in July, to when we luckily got a cancellation 4 weeks earlier than original build date, I can't fault the level of customer service received. The team have always been very accommodating, walking through the different options available and providing guidance when required.

When it came to the build it was painless and amazing quick. If it had not rained on the first day, then the cabin would have been completed in one day. It was truly unbelievable the speed that it was built. On the Friday, the flooring was laid and the attention to detail could not be faulted.

The quality of the product is brilliant and would totally recommend LilleVilla. We have now just completed painting our cabin and looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

From the first telephone conversation and the quote for the summerhouse the sales team were brilliant. Also communication was excellent and can’t fault them.

Very nice woman very helpful no problems a professional job

From ordering to seeing the finished product at the bottom of the garden, the whole process was silky smooth. Top quality cabins at really good prices. Solid, well constructed and really built to last. Sales staff were really friendly and not pushy. All in all a near perfect experience. Just remember to read all emails to completion, which I didn't, that lead to a 6 week delay in the cabin arriving. My fault, not there's.

This is my third cabin from Lillevilla over the last twenty years.
The whole experience has been very easy and straightforward. Everybody from my initial enquiry, then the driver who delivered it to the fitters who put it up have been friendly, helpful and super efficient.
I'm hoping this will be my last as I don't intend moving again, but you never know !
It is a large building ( 7 x 4m ) that has been put up amongst trees. It looks like it's been there forever.
The product is fantastic and looks stunning in the garden.
Roll on Monday when it will be painted.

FANTASTIC SERVICE THROUGHOUT!
I would thoroughly recommend Lillevilla log cabins, our experience from start to finish has been great. The cabin is of high quality and finish at a reasonable price with free assembly. Although there were a couple of issues, one being the partition wall logs had some damage to it, Trevor from Lillevilla sorted straight away. There was a problem with the double doors and window frames after some settle time had passed- again Lillevilla sorted straightaway however due to the refitting and adjustments of the double door frame and window frames, the sealant around them needed to be taken off and the cabin repainted in some areas. Once again Lillevilla we’re on it and sent a painter out to us. He (Dave) did a fantastic job and the cabin looks great. Everyone we have come into contact with at Lillevilla from sales (Linda ) to erecting (Warren) Customer Services (Colin) have been very friendly and accommodating. Despite some unforeseen issues the whole experience has been a welcome pleasure. As we know things cannot always go to plan but it depends how a company deals with issues can speak volumes for them. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were happy. Thank you Lillevilla
