Great experience from the North of Scotland
We had Nigel come round to the house to do our visit/review and he was very informative and helpful. He explain everything clearly, carefully and answered any questions we had then and there.
Shelley in the office has been so helpful once we decided to go ahead and has kept us informed at every stage of the process and she couldn't be any nicer and friendlier which brings a level of comfort and reassurance.
Install was done smoothly and efficiently by a team from Glasgow who more than likely spent more time travelling to us than the time the install took from start to finish. They were friendly and introduced themselves upon arrival and explained what role each of them were here to undertake and we couldn't be happier with how it all went.
Overall a very smooth and seamless experience and would highly recommend.

The installers were a great bunch of…
The installers were a great bunch of lads however the sales rep knew we wanted as many panels as possible on our roof. Only after install we was aware we could have got another 4 panels on. The roof now doesn’t look finished

No paperwork and damaged property
Was told when we signed up that it would take Lime 6 to 8 weeks for the paperwork to be processed and then we could then change our tariff and claim for the electricity we were producing. 13 weeks later and still nothing.
Also, when the scaffolders were dismantling the scaffolding they damaged our guttering in several places. Still no resolution.
Sorry Lime but our contract is with you and not the scaffolding company. Numerous replies of "we'll chase it up" is not good enough. Get it sorted!
Update.
Now resolved. After speaking to their head of compliance the paperwork has now been issued and we have been fully compensated for the damage. After less than 24 hrs an amicable agreement has been reached. Thank you very much Lime.

Probably the best solar panel company in the world.
From start to finish Lime have been fantastic. The first guy to visit us and tell us what we need, and measuring up. The next stage of agreement and signing of the contract was professional and courteous. Within 5 days we had arranged the date of installation. The installation was professional and the guys completed their work effectively making sure they left the home clean and tidy. Will highly recommend this company to anyone. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly and with lots of professional guarantees.
Turned up 2 days before to erect the scaffolding, the panels and batteries were all fitted in a day and the scaffolding down 2 days later.
Everything was explained in detail, with a couple of compliance phone call to make sure I knew what I was signing up to and that I was happy.

The lime staff fitted the solar panels and battery very efficiently and it all went very smoothly. Staff explained the app in easy terms and were all a credit to the company. Any correspondence with them since has been great. The sent all the documentation through on completion can’t rate them highly enough

Lime Solar has continued to do exactly what they said they would and the installation was carried out faultlessly. The installation team were most obliging and explained what they were doing throughout, culminating in guidance on the use of the "Fox" app which they installed on my mobile. The installation took less 4 hours and the scaffolding was taken down within a further 3 hours. The girls on the phone are also a pleasure to deal with - the only issue was that when they call, it shows up as a "suspected scam" on my mobile, which they are looking into.
