We are waiting for scaffolding to be removed because it is holding up other work on out house. Despite being told it would be removed on 3 separate days now and cancelling other appointments to be at home - guess what we STILL have scaffolding.

The whole process was seamless. Everything explained in full,.and evidenced, we always have someone to call with questions or to keep us straight on the next steps. Installers were lovely to and gave time to explain everything. The price is worth it for the package if care we get too. Great!

Great Service
Your representative explained everything in great detail. He was courteous and did not pressure us to buy. The installation despite some problems, went forward smoothly and the installer went to great lengths to make sure we understood exactly what was being installed and what to expect. Altogether a much less stressful experience than we had expected.

From the time we decided to go ahead with Lime, to completion of installation we were entirely satisfied with the communication and work carried out. Panels and Tiles
I had my solar panels installed and all went well with the installation. the guys just came and got on with the job. it was completed pretty quickly.
the Rep who came to see me, Mike, was informative and was friendly.
Unfortunately during the setup the scaffolding guys broke one of the tiles on my porch and it took 2 weeks for a repair to be done. Hence why I can't give 5 stars.
In General the customer Service is good, accept were there were the promises of the tile repair didn't materialise until after 2 weeks of asking.
Despite this I would recommend them.

The customer service was excellent. Every part of the process was extremely efficient. The sales person, Sam, in particular was brilliant, his product knowledge was very thorough and he was a dynamic problem solver. It was a positive experience throughout.

Great until paid
Everything up to after the installation was fine, although I was measured for 9 panels when 10 would fit - no big deal. When the scaffolding was fitted they had to remove the top of a drain pipe, and on reconnection they twisted it causing the outflow from a sink to come away. After several calls and emails with pictures they sent someone out (while no one was home) and they jammed the pipe in a little which still leaks. I emailed back and left a message on their AI voicemail but no one seems bothered anymore, and I've got a drain pipe going white with toothpaste that I need to fix at my own expense. TL:DR great until they have your money.

Very happy with Lime
I would highly recommend Lime for anyone considering solar energy for their home.
From start to finish, I’ve felt supported by everyone at Lime. The process has been very speedy, from initial quote to completed installation. Greig was the initial contact, very friendly and not at all pushy, while Barry who led the installation was polite and respectful of my home, despite facing a few minor challenges during the job. They, anlong with other colleagues (Toni in Customer Services and Martin in Tech Support) at Lime were always happy to help with any questions.
The installation itself was completed in less than a day, and the guys did a great job. One issue was spotted with a roof tile and they returned the very next day (despite it being the weekend) to get it sorted.
The follow up documentation has been issued very quickly as well.
Very happy to recommend Lime to anyone thinking of going down this route for their homes.
