Great service, everything happened when they said it would, install team and customer service excellent, would recommend to anyone

Work was carried out efficiently and professionally. I am very happy with the workmanship and attitude of the Fitters and Electricians. I was completely informed about the installation upon completion of the work. The area was left tidy. 5 stars awarded.

Although we did experience some delays Toni at the office kept us well informed. The guys who did the work were excellent, tidied up well after themselves and completed the job. Very happy, would recommend them.

No pressure, very informative salespeople led to my purchase with Lime.

Installation was fast, clean and efficient with informative handovers from the panel installers and electrician on completion of the work.

App was also explained and demonstrated so I could monitor the system as soon as it went live.

There was no hard sell. Indepth detailed information on the product. All questions answered. The price was amaizing. A no brainer really. The installers were excellent, polite efficient and completed the installation in one day.

It was a completely uncomplicated process. Details were clear and unambiguous, information was sent when I was told it would be.
The scaffolders turned up when expected and wasted no time in getting the scaffold up.
The installation team worked quickly and were very tidy. I would definitely recommend them all.

Whole team have been professional and prompt throughout the whole process. Fit team were professional and discussed each step before and during installation.

My experience with Lime has been excellent from first contact. Everything has happened when I was told it was going to, everyone has been polite, cheerful and have gone out of their way to make sure that everything was correct. My new solar setup worked immediately, and is already making a difference. The customer service has been outstanding, with no query too small for them to handle, and explanations of the system are clear and easy to understand. The whole process has been excellent from start to finish and I highly recommend Lime for your solar panel needs.

The scaffolding was erected in the morning and the guys came an hour later and did the whole solar install and hook up very quickly. Really tidy job and kept us informed about their next steps all the way through.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Great communication at all times. Scaffolders arrived at 8am, Installers soon after closely followed by the electrician who installed the equipment and had the system up and running early afternoon.

Received a quote, hugely expensive compared to 4 other quotes. Up front with a price drop on the night, £1500 for me but still £3,000 more expensive.

What has become apparent is a few days later you will get a call from someone else in the business offering a further discounted rate because of a cancellation. Might sound plausible on its own but speaking with my neighbour about our journey into renewables and she had the same story fed to her earlier in the year.*

*She was offered a free battery on the night rather than a price drop.

Not one for leaving negative reviews, but felt compelled to review here rather than Google as Lime are very keen in their slide show to direct you to TrustPilot.

Lime are clearly ripping customers out of hard earned cash by luring you in on the day. I'd been looking for a solar system to lower my bills as I feel the pressure of the ever increasing energy costs and I suspect others are too. Every penny matters and this company seem to be out to exploit those of us feeling the pinch

The dishonesty from this company is frustrating knowing I don't have a wider audience to ensure unsuspecting customers don't fall for their ruse.

After looking into this type of ploy I understand it probably will not be isolated to this industry but it was the sheer audacity of the pricing they want you to part with to begin that is my real concern.

Buyers beware. Get several quotes.

The plan was nt effective in practice though.
But the team have done a wonderful job fitting it under very difficult conditions, as the cottage is small with no loft space.

Whole process from start to completion very smooth - constantly kept up to date with clear explanations pre purchase (by Greg), in process (by Shelley) and on installation by the roofers and electricians (led by Harris). Looking forward to commencing by solar panel journey and no hesitation in recommending Lime

I got quoted £6500 more than other solar companies that offer the exact same set up. There are much cheaper finance on the market than theirs so that you don’t take their offer of 20yrs repayment and end up paying double for it, I advise anyone to do their homework on available companies out there to save yourself thousands, post been up a few days now and no reply to it from the company mentioned, wonder why that is
