Lime Reviews

Really easy to deal with and very good at Comms and planning etc. installation top notch too.

Excellent service sales team & customer services. Can ring anytime I have a problem. Installers were polite and respectful, left the area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Price is great especially as scaffolding and bird protection was included with no extra cost

Cannot fault our experience with Lime from the initial presentation from Stephen to the extremely efficient and courteous installation team and the prompt removal of the scaffolding. 1 week start to finish. 👍👍would recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you. Helen

The process and development of specification for our property and particularly the proactive communication from Lime at all stages was excellent. This was important as our final specification was altered slightly due to our particular circumstances where our electricity usage was not certain (not long moved house and no reliable accurate consumption figures available yet). This involved their technical team who were extremely proactive in resolving.
A big plus point for me was that Lime are an approved Octopus installer and as such had to have appropriate processes, procedures and audit in place to maintain that approval.
Also the fact that LIme have post install Customer Services and interaction on ongoing performance monitoring and simply being contactable for any queries is a huge plus. An example of the importance of ongoing support is that it takes a few weeks for export permission to the grid to come through.
The customer service from Lime at all stages, proactive communication about install dates with regular progress updates was excellent.
The installation team including scaffold construction were superb, communicative at all times, explaining all elements of install and helping with app set up etc. Very tidy and cleared all packaging etc.
The process went very smoothly.

Excellent service from start to finish staff at the house and over the phone everything explained any questions answered at the time or very soon after they got the relevant information very clear and clean workmanship no mess left. Was talked through the app with ease would recommend lime to anyone thinking of solar panels

everything was perfectly organised and seamlessly performed. From initial consultation to completion of the installation we were kept fully informed. Scaffolders were great, admin was great, easy to contact, installers and electrician worked efficiently. What could have been a worry was instead a really positive experience. Really pleased with the results too,

Installed quickly and efficiently, around four hours, software was explained in full and I was able to download the app to control my system no problem, checking the app control functions was easy and understandable.

After an initial query about solar panels we were visited the next day by Dave who we found to be very honest and with no high pressure. He explained everything clearly and the process each stage of the installation would take.
The scaffolders came a few days before the panel installers and electricians and exactly at the time which was advised by Lime. All the while we were kept up to date by the office.
All the workmen were very helpful and hard working and kept us right with downloading app and setting up. Everything was completed within 3 weeks.
Shelley along with a couple of gentlemen in the office could not have been more helpful and on the ball.
In short, life would be so easy if all companies were as efficient and as customer orientated as Lime!
Thank you.

After a delay due to vehicle breakdown.
The team worked without a break to get job done in the 1 day.

Workers arrived on time and were polite and courteous. Explained what they were doing at each stage. Well mannered and efficient. Took time to download the app and spent a long time explaining how it all worked. Told me to get in touch with the company if I ever needed anything. Very reassuring and gave me confidence in the company.

Everything was on time workmanship excellent and they were very polite and helpful

Everything delivered on schedule and informative staff..

Great professional advice, clear information and no hard sell. The arrangements for installation were made and completed very quickly and the work itself was done in a very professional and considered manner. The various apps and installation were explained in full. Customer support has been excellent to date and no reason to believe it should not continue to be excellent. Thank you.

Brilliant. It was simple - and I'm very pleased with the result.

Excellent service from day 1. No 'hard' sell. All admin' conducted swiftly. Scaffolding erected as planed. Installation completed very quickly. Electrician and Roofers very efficient and helpful with my questions.
Subsequent technical questions answered quickly and supportively.
Everyone involved has been very professional and friendly.
Highly recommended!!

A seamless transition through the whole process. Kevin gave a great presentation to introduce the system and benefits and was not pushy on the sales pitch at all, just good information on which to base a decision. Shelley was fantastic in customer service from booking in to post installation. Scaffolders and installation teams were efficient and completed clean and tidy work and were polite and professional throughout. Overall I am fully satisfied with how my solar install was completed and handled.

I am very pleased with the service I’ve had from Lime.
From the initial sales visit from Stephan Kane to the installation of the solar panels and battery, everything went very smoothly.
The installation guys and electricians were very professional and did a great job.
They tidied up when they were finished and Sean talked me through the app and how to use it and what the various bits of kit were.
I would certainly recommend Lime to anyone who was thinking of having solar and battery installed.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Every time I spoke to Lime they were able to answer my query and returned calls quickly. Cannot recommend them highly enough. A smooth process throughout

Very professional service from the start. Full explanation given at the initial interview followed by excellent work from Scaffolding to Installation. Follow up exceptional, would highly recommended this company.
