Limegreen were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. Jack went out of his way to walk me through the process and put me at ease over the complexity of the job. They had great availability of surveyors and engineers and considered my budget when quoting. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks all!

I work with a person who has mobility issues and requires an electric hospital bed. Unfortunately, someone brought the bed down onto the plug and damaged it. Limegreen understood we needed the plug replaced quickly in order to provide safe care for the individual, and got an electrician out to us that morning. Limegreen went above and beyond to help a vulnerable adult, and this was deeply appreciated.

Having had a new boiler installed in 2019 and subsequent annual servicing, I have some experience with this company.

It has pretty much all been very positive and today's service call was another example of very good costumer service.

Danielle called ahead to give me some notice of her arrival and was personable, pleasant and utterly professional throughout the time she was here. Danielle's attention to technical specifications, details and safety was evident when she detected and quickly rectified a small, actually almost microscopic, leak of CO.

In summary, what and how Danielle carried out a routine service of my boiler was an example of great customer service as well as personal and professional integrity and competence and is a great ambassador for Limegreen.

We were very grateful for the speedy service we received when we phoned today about a problem with our shower pipes. Please pass on our thanks to Jack, Chris and everyone else involved.

If more stars were available this company would have been awarded them. Absolutely excellent from start with the survey done by Rhys to the engineers Karl, and Andy on day one and James who came to join them on day 2. They worked so hard, were really professional, knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our queries in language that we understood. Really took a pride in their work, left no mess whatsoever, and everything that Karl said would happen did and in the time frame he gave. Paul came to check out the air conditioning units which had been installed and ensured we understood how to use the system. I really can’t speak highly enough about the whole team. I will now never look anywhere else to have any heating or plumbing maintenance done. Thank you Limegreen, also not forgetting Jack who ensured I was kept informed and made the payment easy for us

Professional, knowledgeable friendly service from start to finish. From initial survey there was no hard sell, all options were explained to us & quoted for. Rhys has been very friendly and easy to liaise with. Karl and Paul who installed our air con, were friendly, punctual, clean and tidy & did a great job. We would recommend Limegreen in a heartbeat.

From initial contact to final installation this company was absolutely helpful and professional. Their management was knowledgeable and friendly and maintained the agreed program. It was clear from the initial survey that they are a company who know what they are doing. Rhys made every effort to understand our requirements and presented the various options with no attempt at overselling.

The installation team of Paul and Dai (plus Andy on day1) did a brilliant job in the face of some very obstinate stone walls. Very neat installation and cleaned up properly as they went along. The lead installer Paul clearly knows his trade and we are delighted with the result

From Russell coming to advise us to the communication with Jack and the installation by Karl and Mo commissioning by Paul everything went smoothly.

The task was to remove our gas fire, re-tile the fireplace and replace the fire. From the showroom Elise Ventrice orchestrated everything. Surveyor Danny arrived the next day, estimate provided, agreed and dates for job set.
As for installation, Dan McGee and Josh were exemplary, their work came in under time. Such attention to detail, and Dan’s design suggestions enhanced the finished product. They both deserve recognition for a job well done. They displayed an interest, a care - a rare thing these days - diolch yn fawr iawn.

A huge thank you to the Limegreen team. I really appreciated their service and communication. They were efficient and did a fantastic job on my first home, they were also really sweet to my dog! Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Engineer turned up on time. Very well presented and smart appearance. Very polite and started work immediately. He explained to me what he would be doing and kept me up to date with the maintenance. When the work was completed he asked me to check if heating and hot water was working throughout the house. He signed my maintenance book wished me all the best. A pleasurable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

First class service from these guys. During hot weather and a boom in sales, they not only managed to squeeze me in as quickly as they could but the install was done very quickly and to a great standard - not only that but the guys who fitted it all were all extremely friendly and it was clear they took pride in what they did. Very happy with the Bosch air conditioning system that was fitted and dealing with Lime Green themselves! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending or using again.

The team are friendly, professional, and did a great job and consulted with us throughout the installation. The units are so quiet and the app on your phone to control the units is great.
