Kelly from Limitless was my broker. She had a personable, yet professional approach that made the process very simple for me as a first time buyer. At one stage of my application process Kelly went on holiday, at which point Melvin, who's quite senior at the company, gladly stepped in to assist me - this showed me everything I needed to know about the company and how willing they are to provide great service.
