We're so happy to hear that your Christmas chocolate arrived quickly and was so well-packaged! We truly appreciate your kind words and positive feedback.
Disappointing customer service
I placed an order with express delivery. The order arrived but an item was missing. Communication from Lindt about the missing item was very slow and has required a fair bit of chasing via email (the only option). I have finally heard the item cost will be refunded as they are unable to replace the item, but the matter should not have taken so long to resolve. Really disappointing customer service.

Disappointed with shelf life of items as had hoped to set them aside for Christmas gifts but they expire before then and that was the only reason I bought some of them!

I absolutely love Lindt chocolate
I absolutely love Lindt chocolate! 🍫❤️ The quality, smooth texture and rich flavour make it such a treat every time. What I love most is the incredible variety—there’s something for every taste, from classic milk and dark chocolate to delicious flavours with nuts, caramel, orange, hazelnut and so much more.
I really appreciate the diversity of flavours and the fact that there’s always something new to try. Whether I’m treating myself or buying something to share, Lindt never disappoints. It’s definitely one of my favourite chocolate brands! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good service from Lint
Good service from Lint. My order arrived on time and everything was in good condition. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the boxes were far too big for what was inside. Smaller packaging would be much better and would reduce unnecessary waste.
Apart from that, everything was good and I would use them again.
