My go to chocolates and as to the new flavours just divine, delivery is quick.

This is the 2nd time of ordering online I have either not received all items , or on this occasion my order shows on Tracking as Complete, ( delivered) but I haven't received anything. As usual problems reaching Customer Service, they don't answer phone and don't work weekends. The AI chat bot is useless, just passes you round on a loop. No option to actually speak to someone. As my order totalled £50 I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

I was very disappointed that one of the boxes only had January date as I was intending to sent some of these away as Christmas gifts so doesn't leave a lot of time before they have to be eaten.

Excellent Customer Service.
Highly recommended in all areas of customer service and product satisfaction.

Easy to order, great choice and easy delivery

I was very disappointed as I paid for express delivery as it was a birthday present for someone very important but it turned up late

Prices are reasonable. There could be better deals.
Shipment was delivered within 3 working days.

I went to Milton Keynes store, it was great. The pick n mix allowed me to try any of the flavours I can't get in the supermarkets. I was spoilt for choice. Can't wait to go back. The sales staff couldn't have been more helpful
Downside, don't get the boxes on offer as you do in supermarkets

Difficult to beat the creaminess of Lindt chocolate.
The large gold bars are perfect for sharing good quality chocolate. I love the Creation bars and, unfortunately never see them in local stores.

I had to contact customer services to find out where my order was as there was no notification even though i had chosen fast track delivery. Also, I was at work, when the boxes were delivered and left on my doorstep, without any notification of when I will receive the delivery.

The delivery service was excellent. I was happy with the order. It was in excellent condition. I felt valued as a customer.

Whilst the price has increased substantially since I last sent one of the large pick and mix boxes, the presentation and delivery time are excellent. It's the perfect gift for a group or team of people, and always very well received. Every time, the recipient has posted photos or a video of the gift on their social media, totally unprompted by me, so I know it makes a good impression.

Chocolate for Christmas come very quickly and wrap very well and pack very nice

I placed an order with express delivery. The order arrived but an item was missing. Communication from Lindt about the missing item was very slow and has required a fair bit of chasing via email (the only option). I have finally heard the item cost will be refunded as they are unable to replace the item, but the matter should not have taken so long to resolve. Really disappointing customer service.
