Absolutely love these chocolates…
Absolutely love these chocolates especially the truffles. I’m only leaving a four review purely because I don’t agree with their postage and packing amount with what you spend on their chocolate plus it is a bit infuriating when I pay £7.50 for their chocolates and then find out a week later Tesco’s are doing them for £5.50.

Zero communication
I received an email to say you had taken my money. I also received an email saying my order was being packed.
Then heard nothing else.
I can only assume if you’re asking for feedback that my order was actually dispatched and delivered.
Terrible customer service

Masters of illusion.
Bought a £40 box from the Designer Outlet York. When my wife opened it two thirds of the box was packaging. Big box with a few chocolates and a bar on display propped up by a load of paper scrunched up.
Very disappointing, be warned.
