Excellent , although expensive..
The only downside , It was stated I would receive contact prior to delivery which NEVER happened this meant my Wife went to door to accept delivery , and reading the label the contents would be her birthday present

Best chocolate I’ve ever tasted
I’ve loved Lindt chocolate since holidaying in Switzerland as a child of12 and had my first taste and now I can indulge myself with my favourite flavours and delivered to my home when and how much chocolate I want. Beautiful packaged and securely posted to me with in days of ordering.

Great pick n mix options
I love that i can make up a box or high quality tin with all the flavours the person I am buying for loves without having to include those they dont care for. There's a much bigger range online than my local shops as I dont live near one of their superstores. There's often things reduced and I believe you can collect loyalty points but im not 100% on that.
Great quality chocolate with no waste and I can even treat myself from time to time.

The order arrived in good time
The order arrived in good time, and EXTREMELY well packaged. Actually, I'm not sure that an order for 18 bars requires each one to be individually wrapped in a very long piece of waffled brown paper and sent in a very large box - but I appreciate the attention to detail, and the effort put in to ensure that none of the bars was broken.

Awful customer service
It was easy to order on line and I paid for express delivery on 10th September. On the 11th I received email confirmation that it had been packed. I needed it delivered by the 16th for a present however I had still received no further update by the 14th. I used the contact form which stated it would be responded to within 5 working days which didn't stop me stressing. I tried the chat bot but that only told me it had been packed on the 11th and despite various questions it gave me no further information. I was extremely frustrated as it's the 1st time I have ordered from Lindt. I did get an email on the 16th as a response to the contact form advising the order had been delivered on the 11th and giving me a tracking number for Royal Mail. All the stress could have been avoided if they had sent me the tracking number or the delivery confirmation had been sent unsolicited. The worst customer service I have had and a platitude of we apologise for the stress and inconvenience. Lindt ought to improve their systems.
