Really great customer service received from Leon at Lings. Attended to all my questions of which there were several. Honestly very happy with the service and help provided and would highly recommend them.

I first started talking to Leon about a year ago about a Trident 660 and he kept me updated. I finally purchased new Tribute last month after a long test ride. Unfortunately my speech is not perfect but it didn't cause Leon any problems.

Charlie was awesome. I turned up knowing I wanted a new bike but didn’t know what, Charlie sorted me out to test ride three bikes; Speed Twin, Bobber and Speed Triple. All completely different bikes but he stuck with me and guided me through. I ended up with the limited edition Speed Triple. He promptly sorted the bike out ready for delivery including the extras I wanted. I had a couple of minor issues with the bike after delivery but again, these have been sorted out really fast. Can’t fault Charlie or the team at Triumph Suffolk. Thank you!

I got in touch with Lings about a bike they had for sale. Shauna was great on the phone, got me a video of the bike and offered me a good price for my part exchange. I am in Cumbria, so a very long way from Lings, but they arranged delivery and the bike was with me within a few days. Everyone I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable and gave me the utmost confidence in buying remotely. The bike I received was exactly as described and I am really enjoying it. I will 100% look to purchase from Lings in the future!

My first experience buying from Lings, specifically Triumph Suffolk branch. I purchased a second hand, year old Honda. The experience was smooth, great communication and excellent service with online documentation. I was pleased with how my part ex experience went too, as it was a 27 year old motorbike.

Excellent customer service received from Charlie. Took a couple of triumph demos out from Lings Ipswich. Charlie knew his stuff. Unfortunately they didn't have a Trident demo so I didn't buy a triumph in the end but would recommend Charlie as he is a top guy. Super helpful and polite, was able to answer my questions, very knowledgeable about the bikes I tried.

Absolutely have to add a 5 star rating today.
Anybody can make a purchase have no issue and leave a 5 star review, but really you can only truly leave a 5 star review if there was an issue to test how it is handled. In my case I believe the tyres on my purchase had been overlooked. following discussions over the phone we booked in to review and change the tyres and following review Lings offered to cover the full cost of the tyres.
No disagreements or arguments from either side and I ride away today a satisfied customer that will be back again.
now THAT is what deserves a 5 star review.

I purchased a (nearly) new Triumph Street Triple RS from Lings... The customer service was exceptional from Leon and the team. The pre-sale process was very well managed, with the extras I had requested fitted quickly and with videos sent to show progress. The hand-over process on collection day was smooth, thorough and very professional. Leon ensured that I was aware of all the bike's features before I set off on my long (and very enjoyable) ride back to the South Cost. It was a pleasure doing business with Lings and I can't recommend them highly enough...

Thought all hope was lost after no one could find a bobber stealth….. then Charley saves the day. The experience has been smooth and quick and updated every step of the way.

Really helpful good honest advice from a team of people that are passionate about the product and what they do. The sales executive Leon Manthorpe was a pleasure to deal with and is a biker himself with indepth knowledge of the brand.
