This is the third bike I've bought from these guys. As always, an excellent service.

Great people to deal with, really straightforward and helpful. I had ordered a new bike from another Lings dealer but Suffolk Triumph are much nearer to where I live. No problem transferring the order across, very happy with the service received.

I've had several bikes from Lings of Ipswich over the past few years and the sales team are always excellent. They are very attentive and the email support throughout the sales process is also great. This is my last bike ( I am old) but if I did get another one then Lings would be my destination again. I shall continue to visit for spares, services and accessories. I don't feel like a customer I feel like a friend.

I had a really good experience buying a bike remotely. Charlie was very helpful and I got a fair deal with, 2 rides in, a nice bike as described. The delivery (given for free) was on time and the driver was friendly and helpful. In hindsight I was a little surprised I did not have to sign for it?

I have received very good service from Jake (manager) and his team at Lings Triumph Ipswich, I have previously purchased bikes from them and alway have a positive experience. Thank you.

Reserved the bike on line viewing next day was told bike had been serviced looked as described nice bike ,triumph bonneville 4814 mile’s service date 18/7/24 rode bike home all seemed ok ,bike had tendency to whant to sit up in corners ,checked tyre pressures both frount and rear tyres under inflated .
Next problem gear lever peg fell of ,luckily found it on side of road about a mile from roundabout. Boult must have been lose .
Not impressed with your service and pre sale inspection. Would love someone to contact me regarding the above

Excellent service, couldn’t ask for more

Attended Lings - Suffolk Triumph for servicing of my Explorer XRT on 8/8/24. Friendly welcome from the moment I arrived which continued throughout my stay.
I elected to stay while my bike was MOT'd and serviced and was told it would take about 2 hours. Showroom is light and airy and the complimentary coffee was very welcome. Lots of new and used machines to drool over as well as clothing and accessories to tempt you (although I wasn't).
Servicing was completed within the projected 2 hours so I was more than satisfied.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff.nothing was to much trouble.

Attention to detail and being helpful in sorting out everything when I bought my bike.

From the moment I saw a bike I was interested in on their website I called the shop and was answered by Jake who dealt with my questions and requirements in a very friendly and professionally manner. We came to a deal as I was trading my existing bike in against the new one, he did his upmost best to get the price I was wanting for my bike. The whole process of the deal and delivery of my new bike was done excellently, he kept me fully informed all the way through. Would definitely recommend this Motorcycle dealership and hopefully call in one day for a Cuppa and a Catch Up. 👍
