LINKD Alarms Reviews

Good price and delivery. Easy to install and great they are all pre-linked

Arrived on time and very easy to fit and link together

All good
Fast delivery

Speedy delivery, alarms easy to fit with clear instructions.

The website was very informative and helped me to make my choice. Despite this, I under ordered so bought another alarm. I contacted Linkd to ask them if it was possible to ensure all the alarms were linked and they replied quickly to confirm this would be done. The alarms arrived quickly, were well packed and in excellent condition. The whole system was easy to install and and all spoke to each other. Very happy with the service and products, I would recommend Linkd to anyone.

Easy to order online, fast delivery, easy to install, mains and battery alarms work seamlessly together, easy to add existing and additional alarms, remote alarm test makes regular checking easy.

LINKD Alarms provided the best customer service I have come across for a long time...they responded quickly when an item was missing from my initial delivery and were extremely helpful when I wasn't sure how to link the alarms. Given they were only installed a couple of days ago it's not possible for me to comment on their reliability but I believe I have purchased a quality product (Core range heat and smoke alarm customised bundle) at a great value price. Would definitely recommend.

Very good customer service after purchasing and good product aswell

Quick delivery
Bundle of smoke detectors carbon monoxide and heat detector came prelinked. Easy to install

Really good experience with these products... prompt delivery and easy installation!

We have bought several batches of Linkd Alarms for rental properties. The latest set were already linked when they arrived, which was a bonus.

The alarms were easy to order, they arrived quickly. The box had everything in to make fitting quick & easy, the information sheet and instructions issued were also very good. The alarms are pre-Linked and worked perfectly.

Good product and prices. Good website and easy to understand and navigate.

My experience with Linkd Alarms was excellent. It was easy to chat to the team for advice on certain products which left me confident that the system I was installing would be suitable. After ordering, the alarms arrived in a couple days and were fairly simple to install. My only annoyance when installing was that the Live, Loop and Negative terminals are poorly marked and very difficult to see which is which once on the celling. Otherwise I really like them.

Great communication , good product no issues

Thanks

The best customer service I have ever come across. There was a month's gap between an order of 6 alarms and when the alarms actually got fitted. So, when we found we were one alarm short, I really couldn't swear that I hadn't mislaid one, though I thought it unlikely. I'm also not sure I verified the order properly on unpacking a month ago.
To my delight, when I hesitantly emailed LINKD, within 15 minutes they had checked the order and checked CCTV of the package being loaded and concluded the package was probably too small for the size of my order. So on the same day they are already dispatching my missing alarm.
That's what I call fantastic customer service - I will never buy alarms elsewhere and strongly recommend them.
The alarms themselves seem very well made and they came prelinked (a £10 charge for that useful service).
Oh, and competitive prices, too. And fast delivery.

Great service very helpful on the phone and you actually answer your phones .cant fault your alarms or your prompt attention to my order .great firm
