The price of the consultation was not…

The price of the consultation was not specified in the client care letter, which led me to assume the incorrect price. Then, I had to negotiate the price with the secretary and the doctor (GYN) when he was about to remove my hormonal IUD. Finally, they erroneously call me a week later to tell me that I hadn't paid my consult, when I did the day of.

A great experience.

The whole experience from start to finish was quick, professional and concise. I was able to speak directly to the consultant neurologist via an appointment who was not in a rush, explained my condition in full and was more than happy to answer any questions and concerns I had.

Highly recommend

Really good communication. Was kept up to date regarding the appointment and done in a timely manner. For quick medical requirements would recommend this service. I was self funding so was expensive, but in line with other medical private services.will definitely use again in the future.

Highly recommended

Very positive welcome from all the people at the clinic which was supported by professional and thorough services provided by clinic personnel during my consultation and subsequent tests. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to any person looking for a professional and considerate experience.

OMG where do I start

OMG where do I start? OK – My daughter saw a consultant, went for tests on the same day.. all looking good… a urine sample, blood test and CT scan on 19th August 2025. 2 months on, we are still waiting for the test results! Been in touch with the consultants admin team 3 times, to be promised that they will chase this up. Still nothing back, not even ‘we are working on it’. Clearly there’s a problem. But if they can’t get the results, what chance has Joe Public got? LIPS Healthcare have asked me to provide feedback as if everything is all complete ie. How was your experience… We haven’t even had a consultants letter! We are just left in the dark, what a shower!

Very positive experience

I had a truly positive experience with Dr. Gratwicke. From the moment I stepped into his office, he was incredibly attentive and made me feel heard. He listened carefully to all my concerns without rushing, which immediately put me at ease.

What impressed me most was how clearly he explained how my brain functions in relation to the symptoms I was experiencing. His explanation of the diagnosis was thorough yet easy to understand, and he took the time to walk me through the different options available to help alleviate my condition. I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the next steps.

I highly recommend Dr. Gratwicke to anyone looking for a neurologist who combines deep expertise with genuine care and clear communication.

Private Prescription fulfilled and sent by post. They rang to advised received from Dr, emailed invoice and despatched. Good service. Was told invoice would come by text but in event received an email otherwise efficient service thank you

An all round great experience

Dr Emma was fantastic, I felt really cared for and she gave some great advice about my ongoing skin problem. It's encouraged me to at times pay for private care when it's necessary.

Everything Ran Smoothly

I visited LIPS Harley Street for a private consultation with Dr Fadi Jouhra after a referral from St George’s Hospital. From the very start, I was impressed by how smoothly the booking process worked and the clarity of communication from LIPS’s administrative team.

During the consultation, Dr Jouhra was absolutely first class. He explained my condition clearly, using plain language, and walked me step by step through the options I faced. I never felt rushed; he answered every question thoroughly, making me feel confident and well cared for throughout.

The clinic environment was professional and welcoming, and the staff were courteous. Though I went in paying privately for the consultation, I also greatly value that he is an NHS operator and that this is integrated into his care approach.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr Jouhra via LIPS for anyone needing a heart failure or device specialist. The combination of clinical excellence and good clinic operations really sets this experience apart.

A lovely calming environment

Lovely, welcoming, very modern and very new reception area that smells delightful. Tea and coffee are available while you want. The treatment rooms are also very new and impeccably clean.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional. Initial consultation was cancelled twice, the second cancellation after checking in, whilst I was waiting to be seen. The reception at the hospital had not been told and the secretary was unreachable and unapologetic. Fuming!
