Mr Arsan is an exemplar doctor
Mr. Matay Arsan is an exemplar medical professional. He explained my procedure clearly, explaining all the specialist terms but without being patronising. He did not speak too quickly, pausing from time to time to give me a chance to absorb what he was saying and ask for clarification if needed. I wish all doctors took the time to explain things as clearly as he does. In the operating theatre he was very professional and reassuring but also friendly and informative. I am now healing from my surgery feeling confident that Mr Arsan has done a good job. I will update once the finger starts to heal.

I honestly believe I’ve got the best…
I honestly believe I’ve got the best Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon in the UK, having had life changing injuries in 2021 Dr Paul Culpan has been amazing and taken a lot of the stress away having and continuing to be under his guidance.
All future surgeries I will continue to work with Paul and his team if possible.

Beyond incompetent customer service
To be clear, I found the doctors excellent.
The LIPS administration department are beyond incompetent.
They harassed me over six months over an ‘unpaid’ insurance excess which I repeatedly proved had been paid the day I received it.
They claimed after a ‘thorough investigation’ I still owed the money.
Between myself and BUPA we found out the LIPS administration department had allocated the money to a different doctor.
After having to do their work for them, they finally admitted their mistake.
Honestly, communicating with their customer service is like being imprisoned in a mental asylum.
Avoid.

My surgeon dr Matay Arsan is an amazing professional. His expertise, experience and knowledge about wrist problems is incredible. He has a very nurturing approach and has been very reassuring, patient and always has time to answer all my questions . I have always felt well looked after by him and have been treated with respect and understanding . He had done two surgeries on my wrist. I have received an exceptional care from him on each occasions which I am super grateful for.

Poor communication and follow-on treatment
After a shoulder injury I went to see Mr Arsan for treatment. I initially had an MRI and he recommended a steroid injection and physio following the MRI result. It has been over a month and I still have not received this referral (I have chased on numerous occasions). I am still in pain and there does not seem to be any progress (or even concern) regarding the next steps of my treatment. Very frustrated by my experience.

I would of given 5 * as Dr Imitiaz Ahmed was brilliant,
But when mistakes are made they don't seem to care .
And we had a lot of money taken by mistake they said.
Fair enough rectify it ASAP that money should of been put back sane day .
We had bills shopping can't be paid.
And yep they have taken the lot.
Not refunded the big chunk back to us . Been 4 days so far.
So be careful and talk to someone who knows numbers on a card machine disgusted with finance team they should of done a reverse payment then they just take what's the amount is. All in all not impressed with this company .
WE STILL DONT HAVE OUR MONEY 7 DAYS WITH WEEKENDS
We have bills going out soon and won't have enough .
You should pay us compensation for all the agro we have had . And borrowing money pure embarrassing not even enough for petrol.

Ms. Caroline Murphy took a detailed record of my injury and gave me appropriate exercises to do to improve my mobility and aid recovery. She explained each of exercises thoroughly, checked I was doing them correctly, and explained clearly what help they would be to aid my recovery. I was very happy with the outcome of my session with her.
Exemplary care by London International Patient Services
The care provided to me by London International Patient Services was outstanding. From first meeting to final discharge, Miss Homa Arshad's professional skill and personal care were exemplary. Through 2 hip replacement operations and the aftercare, I could not have received better treatment delivered with the friendliest concern and natural empathy. The administrative support of her team matched her care and attention at every stage.
Uncaring and Incompetent
I'm afraid I've had a very poor experience with this organisation. The consultant I saw was OK, and adequately explored the issue I'd come to see him about. However, I had a series of poor experiences with the wider organisation and back-office team including mishandling of personal data, a very mercenary approach to dealing with problems (oh, we've messed up a prescription and you want it re-issued? That'll be another £50...) and an uncaring and unresponsive approach to patient satisfaction and wellbeing.
Might be OK if you want to go private for a specific, discrete issue but not likely to be a good experience if you have complex or long term medical needs.
