As always they offer very competitive mortgage products for expats, that closely rival what is available to people resident in the UK.
They are very experienced in arranging mortgages for expats and clearly communicate the process to you.

We were in a difficult position trying to remortgage on a buy to let for our property in the UK but living and working in Peru and getting paid in dollars not sterling, with payslips in Spanish etc, plus having to put up with our five hour time difference. Raja and Liam were honest and up front about the timescales and likelihood of being accepted for the mortgage, These guys went above and beyond for us and managed to get us out of a tricky situation with a reasonable level of fees.
