I always get help and advice from the team with a quick response. It's a pity that there is an issue on the credit report that I need to liaise with the utility company by myself and provide explanation to lender. This leads to a little bit delay in the process. Other than that the whole process is fine.

LEM are a solid company who enabled the remortgage of out UK property. However, the process did take 5 months. Communication of requested documents tended to be incomplete, leading to many emails asking for different docs. The process took so long that we then had to do the 3months bank statements again. Other than that the process worked, just took a long time.

Having tried other brokers, Liquid Expat Mortgages listened to my dilemma and actually understood what needed to be done. They patiently helped me through my mortgage process and succeeded in getting me a great deal. Thank you Julie, Anastacia and Stuart - you are stars 🤩

The entire mortgage approval process was impressively quick - it only took around 2-3 weeks to complete. Although there was a small misunderstanding at the beginning, it was resolved very promptly.
