Lacking customer care
Sent my dress without a belt. When I raised the concern asking for a replacement belt asap for the wedding a week later no one even responded at all. Unresponsive, lack of customer care says a lot! Returned.

A little anxious at the start but all ended well
Apart from having to print out an order receipt and not receiving a confirmation email as standard, the process was easy and delivery as stated.
The dress is flattering but I wish I had ordered a smaller size, and I still
might.

Well made but the zip was stiff and wouldn’t go up so I returned the dress as I didn’t want to risk the zip failing. Also slightly tight across the chest.

What you see is what you get
Highly recommended. I ordered two dresses on next day delivery. One was to be used for an evening event the following day after it should have arrived. The two dresses when they eventually arrived were perfect as seen on the website.
If you live on the edges of the UK far from London, you may want to reconsider urgent deliveries as they are not guaranteed.

I purchased one jumpsuit from Burjuman mall, UAE
And when i tried the dress at home the zip got failed the next day only i went to the store to exchange as it comes under quality issue , the dress was with tags and same but zip wasn’t working. The salesman was very rude and denied to exchange it.
It’s very disappointing when you buy such an expensive dress but this type of brands don’t bother about their customer satisfaction.
