poor quality
Delivery was good, dress fabric is good, however, the eyelet on the fastening of the halter neck came off when I was trying on the dress (poor quality). The rest of the dress was fine.

Received a wrong dress, emailed several times to the enquiries team no response, seems like Little Mistress is not only careless whilst packing their items but also do not value the customer enquiries after the product has been purchased!!!! Very Disappointed

Item not as advertised
The garment I ordered was not as advertised. It was shown as a cropped/3/4 leg length and actually it was so long I would have had to cut about 2 foot off. Shame as jumpsuit was actually quite nice. But I won’t be ordering again from this company thank you

Trying to return
Before my package arrived 1 item became unavailable. Ok no problem I was refunded the money. However the back up dress was too big around the bust. Ok I send it back. Good luck with that. A very long process final got to last screen and wouldn’t except return address. It automatically picked Christmas Island and nothing I could do to change it. I’ve since had to contact them. I was given another way to return which I did. It meant to be tracked but heard nothing. Will be contacting to see if they have it Monday morning. Not trying to compare but monsoons return registered my return instantly and I was refunded in two working days. The return procedure and having to chase my return has put me off ordering again sorry. Some lovely clothes but when returning a nightmare puts me off.
