Returned item for a replacement never…
Returned item for a replacement never received, emailed regarding the replacement no reply , sent package back with tracking so I know there received it , so disappointed as the shoes I ordered were lovely.

Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. I ordered some shoes as gifts for little ones however they arrived over 2 weeks late, which meant I had to purchase replacements. The company then refused to accept the returns and have been extremely unhelpful. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them and they clearly want to offload products without an acceptable return policy. Avoid at all cost

item missing, wrong size sent, no communication
I ordered 3 dresses size 5, but only received 2 and one of them is size 8. I tried to call the seller, emailed customer service, and messaged on social media but got no answer at all! Misleading and horrible customer service! No communication from them until now, no apology or refund!

I have ordered on 22 Feb
I have ordered on 22 Feb. From 23rd parcel is being prepared for Royal Mail. RM still waiting on it. Most annoying is After Sales Service which is atrocious . Emailed 3 times. Used online enquiry form twice. Phoned numerous times - phone engaged or off the hook. Even left a comment under a Facebook post and messaged on messenger. NO REPLY TO ANY OF THESE. what a shame. I loved their stuff but they have now lost this customer.

ZERO communication
I made an order 4 weeks ago and I have not had any communication from the shop. I have tried emailing and calling continuously to ask where my order is and I am not getting any answers. Not very good customer service at all.

Our returns policy is available on our website for all of our customers and provides all the information needed. Some brands do vary in size and this is also explained in the descriptions. After checking your order your whole order was an outlet order which is eligible for exchange as per our terms and conditions, however we have not received any items back from you to be able to issue you an exchange voucher.

Worst customer service!
This company is a nightmare to try and speak to anyone. Couldn’t get a response regarding my order which wasn’t dispatched for almost two weeks to then trying to contact about a missing item and still nothing in three days, disappointing and wouldn’t order from here again!!

One was missing as was held back as was slightly worn/marked and we don’t send out items like this. We refunded you in full for this item and notified you via email once we had reviewed the footage.
