My experience has been so awesome. Miss. Kusum ( little ones ) has been extremely supportive, full of positive attitude and she was very friendly. The way she communicated, felt like one of my best friend been helping to get a good role. She figured out my requirements for the role what I wanted and she exactly got me the similar role. And eveytime she called , I was always very excited. To answer because I knew there will be a person with cheerful voice and humble nature. I felt I was prioritised always.

William is an excellent recruitment consultants. William does not just give you and job and leave you hanging after. When I was giving a job from a different recruitment consultants, when they didn’t answer my text or phone calls when I was in a major situation William was the only one that stop and take the time out to guide me through the situation. He went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and that’s very important. To be honest with you after having William as my recruitment consultants I wouldn’t change him. Just continue to be great William and keep up the good work.

Lauren has been so helpful and supportive helping me land my position. Could not have done it without her so attentive always available when I had questions and constantly keeping me up to date. Would 100% recommend her and Little ones to anyone looking to find a role in childcare.

Disappointing experience

I have been working with Little Ones since around November, and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating. While I was initially given a placement which ended at the start of February, I have not received any further job opportunities since then.

Communication has been extremely poor messages have gone unanswered, and I have been left without any updates or support despite actively seeking work. As a nanny, being left without income or clarity for this length of time is both stressful and unprofessional.

I expected a higher level of organisation and support from an agency, particularly when relying on them for consistent work. Sadly, I have felt overlooked and left in limbo, with no real effort made to assist me in securing further placements.

Overall, the experience has not met expectations, and I would not recommend if you are depending on regular, reliable work.

I’ve worked with little ones since 2021. I’ve had a few agents but I want to give a special shoutout to Clarissa, William, Kalees and Inca 🙌🏾 an amazing team and very fast communication. They pick the right clients for you. They are diligent to remind me if my first aid needs updating or DBS, and they offer fantastic courses to help with career progression. Excellent pay and I’d definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to be a nanny.

I am a nanny and little ones candidate for more then 10 years. All the stuff is very nice and helpful. I select to do the First Aid course with them .The experience is very good. Happy to be member of little ones. Thank you for all your help 🙏

Jaslin A.is a fantastic consultant of Little Ones Childcare Agency. She is very friendly, approachable and attentive to my inquiries. She helps me fit to the employer/job I am looking for. I’m happy and can’t thank enough her efforts in helping me. I wish her luck in life.

Our nanny didn’t turn up and gave us just 2 days notice after we had agreed to wait a month for her to start so she could go on holiday. Toby was very apologetic and offered an alternative nanny. We trialled her for 3 days but it didn’t work for various reasons. Toby confirmed the £6k fee would be refunded but since then we have had to battle with James Ross who is refusing to refund this and trying to claim us trialling the second nanny makes the refund redundant. I’m so disappointed that we’re having to invest so much time trying to fight for this money back after having such poor service.

A huge thank you to William! From the moment I contacted him until the end his communication was very good. Considering we are over an hour away from London, Will did a fantastic job at finding suitable candidates within close proximity who fit our brief. I would highly recommend, and will definitely be in contact for a long term position! Thank you again.
